According to this article, A World To Believe In will be the second single off the album for Japan, in duet with local artist Yuna Ito. The single is supposed to be released in January.

Selon une rumeur apparue il y a quelques heures, après la performance remarquée de Yuna Ito sur sa reprise récente de MY HEART WILL GO ON, celle-ci sortirait un single en duo avec Céline Dion en Janvier prochain !

Prévue pour le 16 Janvier 2008, cette collaboration Yuna Ito x Céline Dion s'intitulerait A World To Believe In. Or ce titre est également annoncé sur le nouvel album de Céline Dion, Taking Chances, dont la sortie est prévue dans les prochains jours. Tout laisse donc à supposer que ce single collaboratif pourrait être un duo sur cette chanson, destiné à promouvoir la sortie japonaise du nouvel opus de la chanteuse québecoise.

I absolutely ADORE this song! Its too anthemic to release in the US as a single 'cause it sounds like old Celine (which I dont mind, but it doesnt fit with the whole idea of her Taking Chances)

Her so-called comeback effort needs to show a bit more of the "new" Celine sound and not the "old" one all over again

 

Why in the world is this happening?? There are so many great songs in the album and Sony chooses to release AWTBI as her next single in Japan... as Nando said, lets hope its ONLY for Japan

 

Looking at the past track record of Sony choosing the wrong songs as singles, this doesn't to be much of a shock

 

Agree that this song connects to the Celine we knew and loved, but isn't it time to usher in a new avatar??? She said that this album's gonna reflect an edgier side but the singles

I was actually hoping that she had sung THIS SONG at the World Music Awards, because I feel such a connection to it. Now, I'm glad that she might be releasing this as her next single in Japan, and collaborating with a very popular artist there. It's a good move.

 

I seriously thought that I would hate this song because of its sappy title. But when I heard it in full - the tears just came out of nowhere! :cry:

Just because many of the fans here dislike it, because it doesn't fit -in their opinion- into the new album, nonetheless AWTBI is a great Celine ballad! I would love the rumor to be true, cause not everywhere in the world Celine needs a new image.

I can't believe the Japanese singer actually recorded the duet with Celine together in one studio. I thought it will be a virtual duet like Tell Him.
