Celine Channel Logo Design Competition

Attention all graphics designers, here's your chance to design a logo for Celine Channel. We are looking for a logo which represents us well, to be placed on videos and other areas in the near future. This competition will last for about a month.

Contest Information

- One winner.

- Design as many logos as you want to increase your chances.

- Winner gets to choose 5GB (5Go, 5Gigabytes) worth of files from our big list of videos and songs.

- Administrators select the top 5 logos, to be included on a 7-day Poll. All forum members can vote for their favorite, the logo with the most votes becomes the winner.

NEW Logo Guidelines:

- dimensions of about 200x200 pixels for each entry, and the winner need to provide us a better resolution .PSD or .TIF file like 1000x1000 or even greater. Because we may need to use large size logo for other purposes such as for high resolution scans...

- logo should look like a TV logo. something like the pic below:

- graphic color must be white (255,255,255), background must be transparent gif format, no animation. but when you post to enter contest. graphic color do NOT need to be white (255,255,255) and background don't need to be transparent. Bause it'll be hard to check what it looks like. we just need graphic color to be white (255,255,255) and background to be transparent to fit in the videos. so we can make it look half transparent like the sample above.

- design more than one logo if you wish.

- must be creative, good looking, simple and represent Celine Channel well since it will appear on future videos and other areas.

Here's a very ugly sample I made to give you some idea. You don't need to use my idea. However, we do require you to put "Celine Channel" text in the logo like in the sample provided. You can change any other parts in the sample to make it look creative, good looking and professional.

I'm really not good at PS, so please don't take this very ugly logo seriously. I just want to give you an idea of what we want. :blushing:

To submit your logo(s), use the attachment feature when posting here or Email them with the attachments. We may have more contests for banners in the future. The winning logo becomes the property of Celine Channel. If you're interested in helping us design content for other parts of our website or forum, special benefits will be given out. which album? if you mean miracle, you can try to get from http://www.celinechannel.com/ gallery. if not, maybe we can help you. but do you really think the logo you think of can fit in 50x50 pixels?

Creating a logo that in 50x50 pixels is VERY hard. They got a little messed up when I told it that I want to save it as a GIF (the quality went down a bit). :ermm:

They're REALLY simple... special effects on small images don't work for me :shy: But here're my logos.

and purple is one of my fave colors so that's why i used it on my logos lol

Well I must say that this doesn't feel good.... For a logo mine will perhaps do, but for a watermark in videofiles - noway. There we need something classy and descrete, to bad I couldnt get some scans from OH cover book (those line patterns would dance elegantly over the screen).

However, I cooked up something, and I am far from poud, this is horrible...

Ok.... The theme is the "C"s... CC = Céline Channel, and what different signs I could make with them, of course I borrowed the very well known C from Céline's old signature trade mark:

Here's a very simple yet smart mix... notice how the two C:s are shaping two hearts.

And here, many C:s are gathering together creating a lily, with of course the Céline Dion A New Day silluette as the centre...

Oh well, please forgive me.... They are so...ugh and happy and "ladidaa".

I really don't like them but I would like to contribute, and the date is set for tomorrow so...

My advice to the admins: don't choose any of the posted proporsisions as watermarks for videos, I simply haven't seen any which I think could be on the screen, look elegant,professional,classy and charectersistic yet, and Think twice before molesting video files... be sure that you have a NICE and only PERFECT watermark for videos..... - although many of yours are quite nice, I didn't mean to diss. But watermarking high quality video files which are going to appear on a big TVscreen is a big thing, especially with such great files as the Céline Channel has to offer...
