First... Celine didn't almost EVER had a break during vegas..

 

There was photoshoots, recording, tv stuff, and everything... She never rests..

 

She complains about missing her husband, that Rene remember her work all the time;

she never rests her mind, never has peace, never has a time to slow down.

 

She says she needs time to get ready, things are not like before.

Celine recorded some shows... She was sorta pissed off on ELLEN...

and very emotional on oprah.

 

Fans in Europe said that Celine was different when she got there. that she was cold.

Then the X factor thing happened.

 

She held it together once more, that did the promo. Than the tour starts...

(I guess i'm missing out some other stuff, but is all just the same)...

 

The tour starts, and as we see all the pics, Celine doesn't have a GOOD face.

She's kinda sad.

 

Geez, look at these pictures of Shangai... she's totally sad in the press conference,

and out with Erick and mama Dion, and doing the show she's freaky like Bellamy said...

and now she cries recording the show...

All you said about Shanghai are right. And I'm pretty sure it's how Emma organized her tour to China upset her and her team. But you're wrong on the crying part. They showed the part her father passed on A New Day DVD, then asked her to sing Alone. She got very emotional, and cried when she sing Alone. Everyone in the audience saw that, not just me.

Everyone is allowed to be happy and sad on different days...

 

As for her answer on the Olympics... she probably knows more that some of you think. What was she supposed to answer? Look, she' s in China and she was asked about the Olympics. Could she say I'm for Tibet and against the Olympics Games??? Mainly after the Bjork incident. And I am sure Celine and her team were allowed to enter China and do her show after getting a confirmation that they won't talk against China's Games or about Tibet... I'm pretty sure...

I think it's silly that there are so many fans becoming Public Relations Officers for Celine Dion within these threads. :rolleyes:

 

You're not Celine's publicist. You're not her confidant. You're absolutely NOT Celine.

So you shouldn't speak on her behalf nor try to guess went on.

 

I honestly don't care what was going through Celine's head when she was asked that question and when she answered those questions.

 

Celine's not a genius. We all know that. She's just another human being (a very blessed one with an extraordinary voice, presence and talent)... AND She said the same words for 5 years straight in Vegas; and she thought "Skies of LA" was about PALM TREES!

Hello?!

 

Yet, she does have her way with words...

 

But what I know are the Facts:

 

• Celine was there to promote her World Tour.

• Celine was there to do an Olympic-themed interview, BECAUSE she cancelled out on a concert that was headlined around the world to be the kick-off celebration for the Olympics

• Celine was there to promote her new jewelry line and business with her Chinese friend Yang Lan.

 

 

Case closed.

She looks so pretty and elegant in those pix. I read from the Chinese forum that when she came out, the fans that were waiting outside, were singing TLYM "I'll be waiting for you, here inside my heart...", and Celine apparently was very touched by it. So I guess that's why we see that "unhappy" look in the pix above, it was her "touched reaction".

 

Not sure if this has been posted yet, it is a TV news report about Celine's comment on the Olympics. She was asked about the recent protest with the Olympic torch, and here's her response to that:

That you know something about her that the rest of us don't?

 

I know she's tired- so are the billions of other working Mothers in the world!

And yes, she deserves a break.

Ramona and I arrived at the TV show recording at almost 2:00PM. We were almost late due to pick up luggage... The other fans told us Celine was already there inside the building. We'll go inside and start the recording soon. The fans recognized Ramona, and took photos with her and asked her to sign some autographs.

 

Then Celine came in. Everyone screamed so loud for her. She looked so good today, and seems totally affected by the passion from the fans. The interview itself is not bad, the production team did a lot research before the show. Some of the questions are interesting, not all the same thing, maybe nothing new that we don't know, but not very repeating. Actually I gave many videos to the production team last week through a contact. So they showed a lot of rare footage on the big screen, and they knows how she refuse to record MHWGO and some other details from the videos I present. Celine answered the questions very well, and joked a lot. They also has 4 Chinese musicians present "My Heart Will Go On" by traditional Chinese instruments. Celine loved it. They gave some Chinese traditional record to her. Maybe if she likes it, she'll want to try to record a Chinese style song later?

 

The best moment came when YangLan said Celine had the A New Day show for more than 5 years in Vegas, some of the fans here maybe had been there to watch it. And then Rene get the mic and said "I just want to tell you, I just noticed there's this special woman in the audience who come all the way from USA to China. She's the fan who had seen the A New Day show for 119 times. Maybe she's in the audience cause of her Chinese friend over there"(which is me, Ramona and I met Rene 2 days earlier in Shanghai, and she introduced me to him as "biggest" fan from China and the administrator of the biggest Celine Dion fans forum ) . He pointed at us when he talked. And then Ramona stood up gave fly kisses to Celine, and Celine fly kissed her back. That moment was quite magical. I can't believe Rene actually remembers me. I hope they will keep it in the broadcasting.

 

She sang "The Power Of The Dream", "My Heart Will Go On" and "Alone". This TV show always use playback, so don't expect live performance anyway.

Photo of the fans waited outside for her. About 100 fans sang many songs together before and when Celine came out. Celine loved it. Someone told me she even already prepared 100 A New Day and Taking Chances DVD in a box to give out to the fans, andtook out a pen to get ready to sign autographs. But the stupid Chinese securities urged her to go quickly inside the car after just said hi to the fans.

wow! Bellamy that moment is priceless, specially when Rene introduces you to Celine. Now Celine is much more aware with the forum. I hope one of these days she visit us here and be a "SPECIAL MEMBER".

But I kinda feel sad when you tell securities pushes the fans away. But so glad to hear somewhere Celine came back to sing some Autograph.

 

Guess what, my friend Malaysia watched Celine's concert. I did sent Celine a letter through my friend who did in hand the letter.One staff came out and take the letters from the fans, and finally somewhere I know Celine received it. In my letter, I take time to give Celine a big thank you and in the end I noted the forum. LOL just in case she have a free time maybe and probably she remembers the website she can visit us here.
