Hmm no, during the two shows in Berlin and the one in Bern she performed the two final songs (My Heart Will Go On and Love Of My Life) as usual, the videos are even on YouTube. None of the shows were abruptly ended during the 2016, 2017 and  2018 Summer Tours and such event never happened during the 2019-2020 Courage Tour. As for the Celine 2011-2019 Las Vegas residency I'm not sure though.

On a side note, the shoes anecdote during the documentary seems off to me, she's multimillionaire and there is no way she'd actually wear shoes that are too small or too large when she can easily get customed shoes that would fit perfectly to her feet.

Could it be the show you remember Rene coming out and telling the fans it was cancelled was during A New Day? I thought I remember some saying this happened and then they showed the doc they made for A New Day with her and the short blond hair. Before it was decided to not release it.

So I watched the documentary three times already and I noticed something: and the very end when she records love again and leaves the studio to greet her physical therapist, they enter another room right next to the studio to do physical therapy. This is when she suffers from an attack.

Now my question is: did they already know that she would probably suffer from an attack because she would be overstimulated by a long recording session, so they decided to do physical therapy right after knowing that a crisis would occur and they would have to chance to film it for the documentary?

What are your thoughts on this? Because in my opinion, it is quite strange that they rented a place to record new music and at the same time do physical therapy right next to the studio in the same place. She could’ve done that at home as usual. Also, the conversation after the crisis when Celine is already OK seems a little bit prepared, don’t you think so?

I agree, I think certain parts in the documentary seemed prepared/rehearsed and lacked authenticity. The physical therapy room right next to the studio recording room is just odd.

I think they went to the other room to do what they need to do which is mostly physical therapy

and remember there’s a lot of cut scenes in the movie that we don’t know what other things happened of course it has been edited/shortened and you should all know that.

Omg the issues of some peeps…. Please don’t be like those religious cult who thinks her illness is fake. My goodness!

Exactly, it was clearly not staged or 'planned' you can tell that by the fairly casual way she mentions having a spasm in her foot and the reaction of her therapist. It escalated very quickly from a simple spasm.

Right? Not even a “physiotherapy room”, it’s literally a portable massage table in an otherwise empty side room. Regular people travel with those, never mind Celine, with her condition and resources. Of course she’s gonna want a massage after a studio session, just like she did at Caesars before/ after shows, especially now.
Plus there’s literally an entire bowling alley there, and yet somehow her PT bringing a table to give her a post-recording massage is “odd”?

the therapist follows her EVERYWHERE she goes... even at the premiere and the day after he was with him... so that's pretty normal...
she needs therapy to prepare for doing something, and to relax after... just like athletes do warm ups before and after to adjust the body...
so it's even cruel to think that they did Celine suffer on purpose...
and that happened at the very beginning of their discover, so they didn't know that the recording would affect her like that...

on a side note, I don't think they rented that place just for this... she already recorded another things there before, like that christmas song and the tribute to René...
the therapist would go with her even if it was a regular studio...
at the beginning of the docu when they show another crisis episode, the therapist was with her, and I believe they were doing exatcly what the did after the Love Again session...

So are some actually speculating the crisis episode she had was staged, I mean that’s more or less what’s being implied and all I can say is if that’s the case…give that lady all the Academy Awards.  I’m honestly dumbfounded at the mere suggestion.

I would suspect this is the very reason why her therapist travels everywhere with her, to do a physio session after such events as a standard practice to avoid such issues from occurring. Perhaps she had even requested it because her feet were starting to spasm just then.

I honestly couldn’t believe what I was reading!
Irene had to turn up her boom mic to make sure Celine was breathing, because at some point over the 50-minutes of this ordeal, it seemed she had stopped. Irene panicked that she might be watching someone die. To suggest that this was somehow planned for cinematic effect… “offensive” doesn’t even begin to describe it.

Nobody ever said that the attack was staged. Just that they were perhaps prepared to film a possible crisis after the recording session as it was too stimulating. There is no doubt that what Celine went through cannot be staged. Crazy how people misinterpret posts.

I sure did and only some parts of the documentary seemed prepared to me such as the shoes annecdote (like seriously?), the vacuuming scene and the conversation after the crisis. As ryba already pointed out, I never thought her attack itself was staged.

I do remember the time during A New Day, which I believe the people were already in the theatre and they showed the, the filmed show that was never released.  There was also a time during “Céline” but the audience hadn’t been let in yet.

Let me get this straight - now we have conspiracy theories over a medical crisis episode captured live in real time on video, and even the conversation afterward.  

Doesn't Céline even make a comment when entering the side room along the lines of "sorry to keep you waiting"?  Which suggests to me they knew the session might run long and didn't want to delay her daily PT any more than necessary so they were prepared ahead of time for her to go right into a session after the recording.

Is it just me or does the film cut to a different setting between the studio session and the crisis scene? To me it looks like they were in the studio and then it cuts to Céline entering a room in her house where she does the therapy session.

The difference is, unlike the guy talking in this video, nobody here on this forum has said that Celine is faking her illness. Her seizure was obviously real, heartbreaking and I even cried when I watched the documentary.

Tiktok would invent a sort of “fake news”. Yes the documentary has A LOT of cut scenes. To me they cutted too much (otherwise it will be longer) filled with some hd footage. For those whom said celine is “fine” she is receiving inmunoglobulin transfusions and physical therapy so I wish all those “bloggers” would suffer someday of something similar that you just can’t fake
