Sigh I find it so hard to watch any of her videos now. Watching an AND backstage video of her and she’s just so happy and energetic, and it’s heartbreaking knowing that’s probably not her day today, and that she’s been without this joy in her life for almost 3 years now.

Apparently the new biography came about through Hughes Aufray, who put Laurence in touch with Celine. Book due at the end of summer.

Odd that Celine’s in Colorado when what we seen is that the most best care is said to be in other states more on the east coast.

Reading specifically about her voice is the saddest thing ever for me. 🥹 it s really the first time this is addressed this  specifically. I can t deal with the fact that it s maybe other. Well we’ll have tons of videos but we won t be able to hear her voice live.

True, I was wondering that too. The point the article mentions about the mountain air is well-taken, but it may also be that it's remote enough to have a low-profile, close enough to Vegas to get back and forth, and also perhaps she found one or two specialists in particular who work in that area that she really likes or are very suited to what she needs.

Perhaps she can get out in nature easily, which might be restorative for her.

Interesting that no one commented on the fact that this place is named after Philip Anschutz, the same guy who owns Anschutz Entertainment Group, aka AEG (also AEG Presents, Concerts West, etc). He’s also the person who gave money to build the Colosseum, you know, the one whom René said he had to convince to spend more (I think it was in ‘A New Day: The Secrets’ but I could be wrong). Not that it matters, it’s probably just a coincidence, but a pretty cool one nonetheless.

Anschutz and his wife have contributed over $100 million to the new medical, dental, nursing, and pharmacy campus of the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado, now named the Anschutz Medical Campus in their honor. The land came from the recently closed Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, but millions were needed for the construction of new medical laboratory buildings and a new University Hospital on the land.

Anyway, from time to time Celine's diagnosis crosses my mind and it's still such a shock and a sad mental readjustment for me. To see all the videos of her from the past, and to know that now her reality is completely different. This 1 in a million diagnosis affecting Celine, of all people. What are the chances.

But Celine has always acknowledged how she is human and she/her family go through things just like everything else. When Rene was sick with cancer, she was always quick to say "we're not the only ones going through this type of thing" ... and that's the humble lady she's always been. It's just unfortunate this particular condition is so pernicious and not well understood.

Claudette said it first, then the man who’s writing her new book also said it recently. So I’d assume it’s true that she’s there Or at least was there… it’s been a few weeks who knows where she’s at currently. The understanding is that in addition to the specialists there that the elevation and air quality is also good?
