Celine deserves some recognition again for My Heart Will Go On during this rerelease of Titanic.

It would be amazing to see My Heart Will Go On reach #1 on Billboard again.

Correct. Even the old soundtrack cover was odd to me, because Kate’s position never seemed to make sense.

The new poster is odd because of her hair not matching the tresses they added. That’s not even the same colour as her hair in the movie 🤔 Also of note: Rose is wearing her “jump” dress while Jack has handcuffs around his wrists. In the timeline of the film, those moments were like 3 days apart…

This is the first time I’ve seen the original source photo where they “cut” her face and pasted it onto someone else’s body. Looks a reference photo taken for the costume department. Very interesting!

Normally I would say you are right. But this time, with the Titanic film anniversary etc., I think there is really a big chance that they will upload the video. + the message from the dreamy guy

The audio mixing here is so poor, you can barley hear her in the background.

Yes, it is on CD and the two vinyls reissue (2018 and 2022). I do not know about the soundtrack, but on the limited reissue of Titanic (2022) vinyl it is not. It is very interesting. What is the point?

On the soundtrack these lyrics are not included...

But on the 20th anniversary edition of the soundtrack there is a piano demo, where there's an extra melody exactly where these lyrics are...
So I think either they give up on that part when Celine recorded, or Celine actually sang it, and they decided to delete from the final release...

at 2:38 is the second chorus "and you're here in my heart and my heart will go on"...
from 2:48 to 3:06 is the extra melody...

Great find! Although, with some imagination, I think it's the part between 3:06 and 3:15 where you could hear the piano play a melody that kinda fits the words "There is some love that will not go away". Right before it goes into the last part of the bridge to finish with the last chorus. But it could also have been a spoken part. Guess we'll never know...
