That's an impressive amount of cash.
That's not remotely close to reality...
The amount received by an artist from a DSP (Digital Service Provider, like Spotify, Deezer, Apple, etc) depends on a number of factors, including the artists specific contract, the deal their label has with the DSP, that label's share of the DSP's total streaming, and the artists share of streaming as % of their label's total.
So, for simplicity, let's assume Spotify charges $10 per user (in reality, the ARPU, or average revenue per user, is much lower than that, because of discounts, promotions, family and student plans, bundles, and emerging markets pricing which is a fraction of $10).
But let's assume $10 / user / month for easy math.
From there, Spotify pays about 13-15% ($1.30-$1.50) to the publisher (which then gets divided between the publisher and songwriters depending on the songwriters' individual contracts).
At the moment, Spotify pays about 52% out to the repertoire owner (i.e. the recording label), which can also be expressed as a per subscriber minimum (depending on the label's individual deal with Spotify, service tier, other factors). But for simplicity, let's say that $5.20.
That $5.20 is payable to all labels, in aggregate.
It then gets distributed to the labels based on their share of listening on the DSP. So, for e.g., if Sony constitutes 25% of Spotify's total streams, they get 25% x $5.20 = $1.30
That $1.30 then gets distributed amongst the artists on that label's roster.
So, if artist A represents 10% of Sony's streams on Spotify (and in reality, no artist is that high), that's 10% x $1.30 = $0.13
From there, you need to apply the artist's royalty rate. For most traditional label deals, that's about 15-20% all in.
Let's pick 15%, with the remaining 85% going to the label.
The 15% all in, means that this is inclusive of any 3rd party royalties the artist has to pay from their share (e.g. to the producer), which is usually about 3%. So the artist's net royalty is ~12%.
So, $0.13 x 12% = $0.0156.
Again, that's assuming a $10 starting price per user, for easy math.
In reality, across DSPs in the US, this all translates to an average of about $0.004 per stream payable to the label (but again, that depends on things like the label's deal with the the DSP, their market share, the artist's share of listening, etc.)
At 12% net royalty to the artist, that's $0.00048 per stream payable to the artist, or $480 for a million streams, but, the artist only sees any of this money if their advance is recouped.
For artists of Celine's caliber, recording advances go into the millions, and may take years to recoup, and the artist doesn't receive any royalties until they do.
Bottom line: this is why she tours much more than she records.

Remember when Adele didn't want her new album (25) to be available on Spotify? It took about seven months for that album to be available on that platform. Music isn't as profitable as it once was. Touring is where the money is.

Looks like the setlist for the tour lol 8/10... 9/10 if you don’t count happy Xmas. And that’s why not including “Ashes” in this tour was a big surprise.

Exactly. The success formula they used in the 1990s no longer works. Sony Music has successively postponed the release of the Courage album to enjoy the Christmas season and this is the sad result.
If the album had been released in August or September it would have been much more prominent, Celine would have time to promote it and would be eligible for the next awards season.
Now we have an amazing album, in my opinion the best since FIY, which is set to become the biggest flop of Celine Dion's career.

The biggest flop of her career is still likely to sell 500 000 copies, and in todays market thats a huge success for a veteran artist. Of course she could have sold a lot more if she promoted after album release, but its not the end of the world
