<p>ANDHC was already outdatet when they released it in 2002. The US music market was dominated by R&B and Hip Hop music (Destiny's C. etc.) and modern Pop (Britney, Christina etc.). They should have released OH in 2002.
+ 5 years in Vegas and the edgy Rock/Pop album TC in 2007 wasn't good for her image/sales in the US. A big problem is that Sony Music US/Canada don't support/promote her enough in the digital music era.

These are not streams, these are monthly listeners. And yes, Celine is usually outside Top 500 artists on Spotify, as she only gets 12 - 14 million listeners.
Mariah and Whitney usually have like 24 million listeners.

It's just sad what lack of engagement and promotion can do.
