Exactly! Yes we want other things too but I don't understand why some can't see what this is intended for.  Asian market is huge on its own.....

I also hope for remix albums, concerts released ect but not for this.

I think the main thing is how many times do they need to release a greatest of compilation with the same songs.  Yes these are usually positioned for the casual fan but throughout the years they have released so many thry have lots of options.  I don't think asking for live releases of the 2 best tours she's done in a long time is asking for too much.  She's already performed the shows, it's not like she recording new studio songs.  I think the bigger issue is the money they have to spend to create these lives releases versus the money they'd make.  I do hope they re-consider the release of the past 2 tours.

Plus I haven't seen her with Julie Snyder again since 2014. She used to produce Celine's DVDs...

01. We are all wondering how Céline is doing. Is she still ill? Is she doing better?
02. Do we really need another release like that (at the moment!)?
03. Why this illogical title? (Praying Céline will be able to tour and perform, but WHAT IF the tour 2018 is not going to happen?)
04. The Tracklist? Is it based on what Céline is going to sing on that tour or is it a Best-Of album?
   In whose opinion are these the best songs so far?
  a) Missing songs like B&TB / HDAMLF, Recovering, LIAWN...
  c) using photo from Tour 2017 but NO live track from that tour as a bonus?
04. What about the NEW album we are still waiting for?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a hater and I'm going to buy this CD as I love that photo of Céline + ANDHC..but man, that is not what I expected for now.

this is a thing from her publishing contract, but they could have done their homework

The 2018 Tour Edition doesn't imply there's a regular edition. It just implies there was a 2017 Tour Edition...
Céline is still an A lister and not a has been yet. Be happy about that.

Dvd's do not take this long! It's no high end off the top production. We all know that, just 2 extra camera's and that's it.

And we do not ask a lot of Celine, she already done her job, it's Sony who needs to come up with better ideas.

The only decent English compilation was ATW, and we are still waiting for the English version of the ONCP release. That was worth the money!

What's a handkerchief in a music CD for? Oh wait, that's for us: it's for all her fans to cry and dry their tears when they open the CD thinking it's a live album and they find it's (again) the same studio tracks inside

It's an extra for all those who bought Un peu de nous and thought it was a live album and it wasn't... this time they'll have a more elegant kleenex on hand when they learn they've been ripped off again

So in a way... Sony thought about us with that handkerchief thing, it's the bonus material in the album we've been asking for all these years!

And the tracklist of My Love is far from a complete retrospective -like ONCP is-, and more of just a "greatest hits" album: there's barely any presence of the Unison/Celine Dion/The Colour Of My Love albums, but for the usual hits. And only one song from Unison is there.

ONCP Deluxe edition was a combination of hits PLUS other less known songs that barely got the level of hits -and some even had never been singles- (En attendant ses pas, Je lui dirai, Vole etc) and it also had 3 discs, one of them dedicated mostly to all her first French songs (including some unavailable before on a Sony Music album of hers like CNEQUR or Fais ce que tu voudras). And then the matching DVD with unreleased videoclips and a new documentary. Yeah, exactly like they did with ML

All in all: My Love was faaar from the quality and variety of contents that ONCP offered...

I think it completes the collection started with the scarf and kerchief released for her parfums line around 2005/2006... They forgot to release the companion handkerchief and we're getting it now
