She could have shot the video a few weeks after her surgery too, who knows.
She didn't have to sing for the music video... But flying is a different story! I wouldn't risk it.

Yeah as somebody who has had hearing problems...I couldn’t imagine flying soon after surgery.

Well that would be a bit awkward, seeming how many people think it should have been nominated (though clearly it must have been ineligible for some reason since Fox didn't even submit it - but most don't know that).

Maybe she'll present at the Grammys? It's on Feb 10th (so no show) and she hasn't been there lately. Plus it's in LA so closer that NYC last year.

She does have a nearly month-long break starting tomorrow - hopefully we'll see her somewhere during that time, if only another studio pic.

And, maybe, just maybe, the secret is that they've asked her to perform?

Given the timing (May 6th), the theme (made for her!), and that Gaga is one of the Co-Chairs this year (Gaga, who sent her orchids for her B-Day!)... surely she'll be there, right?
