That doesn't sound too bad actually. I've been really into cooking lately, and I think I might give this a try. I might exclude the wrap though because I'm not sure where you would get those, and I'm not into vegetables, lol. The Arabian pepper might be tricky too, but I can probably improvise a little with that.

I love this meal. It's so refreshing with the minced mint... But honestly, there's a very good caterer near my appartment that is just so good, I don't even want to give this recipe a try... Given my cooking skills, it would be ruining a masterpiece LOL!

I think you can make your own mixture of it with the ingredients listed.  You could probably leave one or two out if you can't find it.  However, finding vine leaves or lamb (here in the states, at least) might be tricky.  I could substitute the vine leaves with cabbage or some other bigger leafy green I'm sure but Idk what I'd substitute the lamb with.....ground turkey maybe?

Grape leaves would work, too.  They're used a lot in Greek cooking so I could probably find those easier at an ethnic store or in the ethnic section of the grocery store.....much easier than vine leaves lol.

There's actually a store buy me that sells ground lamb. IDK if it's a nationwide chain or if it's just exclusive to Chicago and its suburbs, but there's a place called Tony's Finer Foods that sells foods from all over the world. They even have things like chicken feet and pig snouts.

That's crazy.  I'm sure there's something like here if I go into uptown.  A lot of bigger cities have places like this that cater to hard to find stuff.  I remember Houston had/has one so I'm sure Charlotte does too.
