During "River Deep Mountain High" the usual big note which is an F5... this time she hit the F5 and then she climbed up to a G#5!!! And then she repeated the note after the very last "babyyyyy"
she was on fire!!!

You're not negative you're realistic, and show some common sense To me, it stopped to make sense since years ago. I don't even know how to put on words what I think of the fact that they're not including the song "Attendre" in a tour which is *supposedly* especially and above all about an album called "Sans ATTENDRE"
Btw you're setlist is nice but she can let go LCMM... And I would replace Dans un autre monde and Destin for Incognito, Des mots qui sonnent and Je danse dans ma tête. I knew this new arrival medley wouldn't have much days of glory

Even the press is stating the same conclusion we've known here since ages: Las Vegas has kicked the magic of her concerts, the emotion she had in the 90's when she performed her songs and she really felt them. But today... well I've not been there, but it seems many french fans agree that she doesn't seem to feel the songs like once she did. Thank that to Vegas and the 10 years she's been singing the same songs one after anothe

Now that's sad.
My best friend was there and said it was the best Celine concert she's ever been to.

That's sad. I agree she's not the same performer she was at LAP, but her voice is in top shape which is important and, taking out the Vegas lipped songs, the setlist was very impressive! I'm sad for the Plamondon Medley though. It was so good, unexpected and fans loved it!!!!

The audience clearly loved the lipped Vegas songs. Suck it up folks, she's not doing them for you but for the thousands of other people in the stadium.
By the way, is this even called the Sans attendre tour? None of the merchandise says it is.

That article did not call her a karaoke singer but was the fact that people sang along with her. People should check their French before sommarizing.

That's why I said "the french fans", and "the press", not me, Alex I didn't say I word about her voice. I absolutely know she is in top shape with her voice. But what some fans notice is the lack of emotion when she tries to feel and make you feel the songs. And to me, that emotion has clearly gone since she's in Vegas, but above all, in certain songs that have been performed to boredom since 2003 (i.e. PQTME, TPOL or MHWGO)
But just in case you think I'm making this up I will quote some of the comments I've read in reaction to this article in Paris Match http://www.parismatc...ine-Dion-538213

And TRH asked in facebook, do you agree with this mixed review?
Some answers from fans who attended the show:

However, it's been YEARS since we're discussing this matter over and over again, and we can see its becoming more and more evident each concert she does. I haven't been there, but I have a pair of eyes and ears, and I can see in the videos if she's feeling the songs or not, just like everyone else.
Solution? Change the damn same old repertoire once and for all, both in english and french concerts. There's only one song in english and french which both publics always expect and wouldn't forgive her not to perform it: PQTME in french and MHWGO in english. The rest of the setlist can be redone from beginning to end, and I'm sure nobody would tear their hairs if she wouldn't perform TPOL or BYLM, Destin or Dans un autre monde for a while and she mainly presented songs she hasn't performed in years (as well as totally unknown ones).
She had a new french album, and yet only 4 new songs were performed yesterday. Destin, Dans un autre monde again? What are they doing there, she had just performed them 5 years ago? And before that, also in 2005, and before 2005, also in 1999..... and so on. Put them on a medley and get rid of them! Give space to the new material!
Where is A Cause? Je Lui Dirai? Contre Nature? Je t'aime encore? All of these were french singles not so long ago! Yet she has never performed them in her french concerts .
And what about Des mots qui sonnent, Je danse dans ma tête and Incognito? Its not a sin to include these in Paris, like she did in Quebec, instead of singing here LCMM and RDMH (what the hell are these doing here, in a french concert?). And if she were to include a couple of songs that had never been singles, like En attendant ses pas or Cherche encore (to put an example, name whatever you want) to freshen up her concert and herself, nobody would die for this. But surely it would be an oxygen valve for her!
All in all, to me its clear she needs to take a rest from those songs, before these songs take away all the magic that once was with them

She needs to rest her voice during concerts now - lipping a few LV songs means she can resist it. Everyone was so happy when she sang WDMHBN in LV and now people are moaning about it. Really?? Not everyone going to antwerp/bercy watch and listen to bootlegs etc from LV. In London 2008 the people i was sat with were surprised she sang RDMH - and enjoyed it. Sums it up.
I really wish people would justenjoy seeing her live in concert in this part of the world - cos there's some of us who weren't able to go. Think yourselves lucky people. Please??

As for the dull and plain show, the thing that the worst thing with Celine during these concerts as well as during shows is Vegas are the robotic speeches which are so boring. Even though Celine says she is really close to us etc she is not that much cause she is repeating herself over and over again and we all know it. My mother didn't listen to any of the bootlegs and when she attended the show in Vegas twice she noticed that at once... I don't say that she has to say sth original every night but at least not repeating word in word the same speeches because it just shows how superficial and artificial it is....
