Do you have the Team Celine Presale Code?

You do have to click on the "Buy Presale" button several times, but eventually you will get to a page that you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on the button that says  "Buy Presale Tickets", and to the left of it you'll see the Team Celine Fan Club Presale.  You'll be scrolling past the Ultimate VIP package, the Gold VIP package and the Silver VIP package.

Try that.  I hope that it works for you!

I'm planning on going in July, do you guys know how quickly tickets sell and do they sell out? I'm thinking of buying now just in case! Im worried the shows will sell out.
Also it's my first time going to Vegas so any recommendations of what to do where to go eat etc??

Im lookin on team celine , the ultimate package and it is coming up as 1370 doller for me and my boyrriend to sit front row, AA. If you convert that to euro, it is basically 1,000 euro individually to sit front row, so 2000 euro.!!!!what site gives you AA row for cheaper??

Oh the actual show night, you may get lucky.  The high rollers and VIP packages don't always go so they can become available.  I have great seats for one night , gonna try on another night for that elusive front row.

I got my tickets :) Had to add 4 more night in Vegas to make it happen, but it's all good. It's too bad we cannot choose seats. I got 4th row, off to the side, but I am happy :)

The new AXS site is horrible.... I swear, this was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.  :(  Took way too long to purchase the tickets  (about 3 times as long as Ticketmaster would take) and I truly miss that interactive seat map.  I finally got all my tickets for the Summer (seeing the show 7 nights) so I'm happy about that, but overall the experience was so stressful.

Plus, they're charging $6 for pickup at Will Call!  What the heck?!?  

Is anyone else as upset and exhausted from all of this as I am?

Ya I am really annoyed about it, I miss the interactive seating. It was horrible buying tickets. why did they do this!!! I keep refreshing it hoping good seats will come up, no cc or bb in forch 6 or 2 coming up. I am so annoyed with this. I travel from Ireland and then get a stupid website to pick seats for me I don't want !!! WTF ,

As far as I know, Ticketmaster and the interactive map still work for concert dates through March.  The June-Sept dates are all through axs.  :(

Yes, I was (and still am) very upset with the AXS website!!!!  I took off work so I could buy the first day of the TeamCeline Pre-Sale, and be on the computer at 10 o'clock PT.  Then to find out that I couldn't get the seats that I was wanting!!!!  I tried for 2 hours, and it kept giving me the same seats.  Finally I decided that I better take them (Front Orchestra 4 Row GG Seats 406-408) before those were gone and I'd be sitting further back.  I don't really know who made the decision to sell the tickets this way, nor do I understand why it has to be this way either.  Then I read on TC that someone from Jamaica had tried for 10 hours (the first day as myself), and she finally got Front Orchestra 4 Row FF Seats 401....(or else it was Row GG Seats 401....).  I'm happy for her, but truly why is it that someone who buys 10 hours after the sale begins gets better seats than the person who is trying to purchase when the seats first go on sale.  That procedure is truly messed up, if you ask me.  I know that I still have good seats, but I still do not like the new way of purchasing tickets.  It costs way too much money to go to Vegas as it is, let alone not be able to get to choose the seats that you want!!!  I want the interactive map on Ticketmaster back!!!  A million boo's to the person (or team) who thought up this "great idea"!!!!

I am going to a second show also, and I was so frustrated and upset about the whole procedure.  So,  my husband felt sorry for me due to the stress that all of this created, and he bought me one of the BEST tickets in the whole colosseum!!  Shock of all shocks too, because I would've never thought that I'd be sitting on the very front row Front Orchestra 4.  I bought my tickets for the summer of 2012 back in September of 2011, and we all had to wait so much longer this time to purchase them.  Going thru this frustration makes me think that this might be my last trip if "they" continue to sell tickets this way.  I know that I have good tickets, but the procedure was a very bumpy ride and I didn't leave the amusement parked amused!!!!  Not being able to choose your own seats is completely ridiculous and not very good business in my opinion!!!!

I feel your pain and frustration!!!!!!!!  I think all of us are extremely upset with this "new" way of purchasing tickets.  Maybe they'll change it, if enough people complain.  I'd just like an explanation about why it had to be this way!!!

I complained to CelineDion.com as well, and they did respond.  Don't know if it did very much good, but they'll never know if nobody says anything.

I was wondering if the AXS ticket selling was only for the Pre-Sale, but it seems that this is the new way of purchasing tickets for everyone now.  I don't want to play "the lottery" when it comes to buying tickets for Celine's shows!!!  If it's like this next year, then I just might not be going again.  I just don't see why "they" can't let us purchase our tickets on Ticketmaster like we've been used to.  I'd like to have an explanation, but I rather doubt that we'll ever find out.  I guess that AXS gave "them" a better deal than Ticketmaster.  I don't really know what to think!!

I went into their stupid face book page and sent a private message. they were pront about getting back alright and said this
"Thanks for the feedback , will definitely forward this over to our Product Team and see what they can do to make everything more coherent!" They obviously still haven't done much , I am raging. I have just complained to celinedion.com also. We are being treated very badly with this I think :chair:

Guys, in addition to all the frustrations about not being able to choose specific seats and stuff, it turns out that people from The Netherlands are not even able to purchase tickets online at all - or at least I wasn't. I was able to search seats, etc. But when you proceed to the final page where one has to fill out payment details, including country and postal code, it gives an error when you put in The Netherlands and the postal code.... Unbelievable!!!! I sent them an email as well, that was forwarded to their "product team"... Thinking about sending something to the boxoffice / Celine's management as well, but don't think it will make a difference.. I wonder if there are other Dutch fans who had the same problems? I got my tix. But we should be able to just go online, pick the seats that we want and then order them, despite the country we live in?!
