Just wondering if anyone knows if Celine will be adding new dates to her Vegas show soon? I am planning to go to Vegas this summer and of course want to see Celine.

I am waiting on the same news. I'm going from the UK for 10 days. 23rd June- 3rd July. I just cannot wait!

I do hope there will be dates in mid October 2013 when the National Business Aviation Association on which would be perfect.I wonder if Celine and Rene will be looking at the private jets?

She usually is there during the summer but don't know the exact dates yet. It's a busy time for Vegas in the summer. Lots of tourist!

on her official site it does say Celine won't perform there in April and May!

Anyone know if she will play between June 16th and 28th roughly???? I wish they would put up the new dates , I wanna book my flights

I'm planning on traveling either this year or next year in July, around the 19th. I wish they would post the schedule sometime soon, if they post it any later than March it'd be hard to book a flight and book a good hotel room since most people usually book up in the early months before summer starts.

Perhaps they are trying to schedule Celine and Shania for the summer, hence it's taking so dang long

While they were fairly fast announcing schedules with 'A New Day...', with this show they announce new dates mostly at the end of the last known run or slightly afterwards.... or coinciding with other (big) Céline news. My guess is they'll announce new dates together or close to the announcement of the new English album. Or late March at its latest..

It does make it a bit frustrating though because you have to book flights and all

Exactly. I don't live close to Nevada so it's not as easy trying to book a flight. A lot of people vacation in the summer months to Vegas whether its for Celine or not. So if they post the dates anywhere after March a lot of people could run into some major trouble with booking hotel rooms and flights. I'm over the moon to buy my Celine tickets but if I attempt to  book and can't get a room let alone a flight, it really isn't worth the ticket!

Yes I agree! Plus you don't get to many specials on flights if you have to book to close to departure!!!

Tell me about it! It's ridiculous. I got a great deal in May last year for 1800 dollars which included flight and room for a week. I recently checked Caesars, Venetian, Bellagio, ect. for this coming July and the majority of the rooms for a week cost up to 3,000 dollars. I always tend to notice some days are higher priced than others like Fridays and Tuesdays. Either it's because Those are their busiest days, or I was thinking it might be for the days Celine performs. Caesars probably knows her summer schedule by now so maybe they're charging more for those days. I'm really not quite sure how to handle all this lol!

I hear ya.... especially when they are able to do it a year in advance for the first block of a new show, but afterwards..
It's even more frustrating if you want to see both Céline & Shania in 1 visit and Shania's schedule is always announced way before Céline's...

I really wanna book my flight but im afraid if I do, ill discover celine isn't playing on the dates I want Ive booked it off work and everything, just waiting for the go ahead.....Hope the flights don't go up too much in price

Mattie, I ve alway waited to book my flight around March time frame, when I went in aug,, with SW.com. now that I see they now ofter NO-Nonstop flights which really SUCK, which means a lay-over somewhere,  So if I were you I ;d wait until then, then buy my tickets later, but since your going in July not sure what to tell you, do , I like to get my tickets early to in my hands. As fo rthe Hotel  I stay at thef Flamingo, much  cheaper during the summmer, will not go anywhere else,

What would make you say that?  Last year, summer dates were announced in September.  Technically, they announed Feb-Aug in September.  So, February was 5 months away.  June is currently 5 months away, so I would expect the dates to be announced soon.

Maybe she's not going to be there this summer?  who knows....I'm sure she will.  Contractually she needs to fulfill 2013  I guess.

But my guess---The Coliseum on facebook said announcement Monday morning.  Hunch is it's Britney Residence starting in 2014 when Celine departs  (for now)
