I don't know how she does it!! If there was a camera on me while eating, I would stop eating but Céline just keeps on talking to everyone and eating! :giggle:

Funny how everyone stops to thank her for paying everyone's meal in the restaurant.  :cheers:

I love how she's picking out of René's plate and the journalists too ! She's so close to the people! You're right, I wouldn't be able to eat like a normal person with her there! She's so natural ! You can tell that honest and close to the people ! :heart:

I found the three part interview on youtube. I'm dying to know what they said, the Edion part is looks adorable :) She looks like she was really enjoying herself in this video. I love it!  :wub:

I love the part where the random woman who happens to be eating in the restaurant comes up to Celine and Rene and says she hasn't seen them "since the New Year's Eve party with Filizoff's" (no idea how to spell that name), and they remember Isidor Filizoff.  It's so funny, because it's such a completely natural conversation that anyone could have with someone they run into in a restaurant, but it's amazing for a superstar like Celine to be having a conversation like that!

Wow, she's so natural with everyone around her. How I wish she would show up while I'm eating in a restaurant. :w00t: That was very nice of her to pay for everyone's bill :wub: She probably didn't finish all that food. :giggle:

So nice to see her like that. Reminds me why I love her so much! You know when I took my family to see her, what they found most amazing about her was how graceful and down to earth she seemed because of how she took time with some fans before the show started and when it ended during the Taking Chances Tour.

Even though i have no clue what she was saying, it was really fun watching those videos.  It's a side of her that we rarely get to see.  And this woman eats quite fast actually!  And in one part, while she was chewing something in her mouth, and listening to someone else conversation, you could see that she already had her eye/mind on the another plate of food.  funny. haha~

Celine: The book of my life is big, and I keep adding pages. I'm educating myself through life.

Interviewer says something like "Are you happy in Vegas?"

Celine: Yes, very. Very very happy. It's a great show, I feel beautiful. It's light and pretty chic. I think it fits well in Vegas. It fits my age. It's perfect. It was ok to act like a rock star with short dresses, but there's always room for glamour and elegance. It's like people dressing up to go out. It's nice, you can see they've made an effort to look nice. You know, when they go out, dance, have a drink, make love... It's important to enjoy the waltz every once in a while.

Interviewer talks about Rene-Charles, and stable life and her plans for her career.

Celine: I'm not making plans in longterm, in term of years. I'm planning things bit by bit, for a couple of months, and so on. It's not day by day either. I live very intensely my family time.

Rene: Releasing two albums at the same time, it's not possible internationally. They won't have time to promote it. Here, and in the states, it's easier because we can make shows. But as we were to have shows for international media in march, they decided to release it in march, well in the spring.
