FIVE MORE WEEKS!!!!!!!

Okay, seriously guys, I'm going crazy with excitement.  I'm more excited about this trip than I was for the June one!  Is anyone else staying at IP?  I finally booked my flight and I'll be in LV at about 1:30pm on 8/13.  Granted, that will probably be a poolside/nap day, but still

How is this trip that much different than June? It's probably knowing you're seeing the Queen for five days!!!

Well, in April and August of '11, I only stayed like 24 hrs because I didn't think I could afford a hotel.  In June, when I stayed a few days, I really enjoyed being away and relaxing by the pool before seeing Celine at night.  I think that's why I'm excited (aside from five shows) -- just to get away and de-stress for a while   Vegas is starting to grow on me ... never thought it would, but it is.

Just a few more weeks!  What shows are you all seeing?  So far I only have tickets to August 17th (friday), and I'm just hoping to get good seats for another!

I splurged with my tax refund - seeing 8/14-15, 8/17-19.

Haha, that's awesome... you only live once, right?  

The tickets that remain for 8/18 & 8/19 just aren't great right now... so I'm hoping for a drop.  I can't see just ONE show!

That was my problem - no way I could be in LV while she's performing and I'm not there! haha

Yep, I'm right there with ya.  I need good tickets for either Saturday or Sunday... and unfortunately some good tickets already dropped for Sunday's show and I MISSED it.  Grrr.

Dont forget we will be meeting at Cp infront of the store on Sat @11:30 ish, to walk over to Madame Tussaude wax Musuem as a group, we can get a group discount, if anybody interested, If you havent already done so , on Fri night after the show we will be meeting at the sugar Factory, @10:30pm

Ooooooh this sounds like sooooooooo much fun. At first it also to me sounded like/similar to the fan meeting last year, but I almost wanna go out on a limb and say this sounds like it could almost even be a bit better...
I bet you all can hardly contain your excitement. I'm sure you might be tired of hearing this by now, but please take us/our love for her with you. I know that this group of die-hards going will take care of our beautiful one on those nights, but you represent all of us who can't go. Please let her know how amazing she is/that we love her. It warms my melt to hear all the love for her being expressed here. Have fun, party hard, and take over Vegas...well, after Celine of course.

Also, I have recently discovered Groupon and they have some awesome deals in LV for next week on spa treatments, dinner, exhibits, etc.  I bought one for a Grand Canyon tour for Thursday morning. I had NO idea how great Groupons are!  I'm hooked!

Yep!  LivingSocial is a good one as well... I've gotten a few great Vegas food discounts from that one!

Melissa...I know you're not on here a lot, but I also, from having talked with you after the last time you saw her, I know your love for her, and they will too once they meet you. And so will she! Tracey has the right attitude, she will never forget you, don't let her. You guys go out and kick some because one thing is for sure, she most certainly will.

So, last night I was in FORCH 5, 501 and Celine walked over and sang a little of HDYKTMP to me.  I froze.  I couldn't reach for her hand.  I was in a complete trance..haha  I think Celine knew I was nervous because I was shaking, too, but it made me feel better seeing her amused at my nerves

My heart is so completely overcome with emotions right now. I've had so many "moments" with Celine over the years, but last night topped it all (so far).
