[Celine Fan 77]

I just hope somebody can record video or even audio from that show... Please, there's nothing worst for a Celine Dion fan than ignore which songs did she perform during a special show for the rest of his or her life.

Andre told me that he isn't allowed to tell us the exact setlist because it was a private benefit show, but he said that they played some songs from the Vegas show.

I don't see what the big secret is LOL I was there and paid plenty to be there!  I didn't sign anything that said I couldn't talk about the event  Here was the set list:

1. Open Arms
2. Where Does My Heart Beat Now
3. Because You Loved Me
4. It's All Coming Back To Me Now/The Power of Love
5. If You Can't Sing It You'll Have To Swing It (Mr. Paganini)
6. Lullaby (Goodnight My Angel)
7. Beauty and the Beast
8. The Prayer (NEW and unexpected!)
9. At Seventeen
10. Ne Me Quitte Pas
11. All By Myself (I recorded this one, normal high note at the very end)
12. Declaration of Love (She stayed on stage and actually sang one line of it)
13. Love Can Move Mountains
14. River Deep Mountain High
15. My Heart Will Go On

So all the visuals were the same from Vegas, even the intro about finishing the first Vegas run and then the World Tour and talking about the next show.  They even did a "Tonight: MIAMI" that was reminiscent of the Taking Chances World Tour.  Overall it was a beautiful event, and she looked stunning.  She didn't pull out the one-sleeved dress.  I was a bit saddened that the vocal tracks she uses (you know what I mean) were all of the same, so the entire show was definitely not live as I had hoped it might be.  Maybe "The Prayer" will be included in the new leg of the Vegas show!  Anyway, any questions just shoot and I'll do my best at answering!

Yes it´s very positive that with The Prayer there are more songs of Céline in show, but it´s possible that she will be singing it only few months, because René told for La Presse that this song is good now for holiday times and some song of Stewie Wonder will return.

Ahh very nice pc, thank you so much.  It was a nice surprise for those attending to hear so many songs.  For a benefit I would think she'd only do 4-6 songs.  On the other hand, if I was there I would've liked some  different songs from the Vegas show.  The thing that disappoints me more & more is that everything with Celine is so predictible, so programmed - nothing is spontaneous like some other artists.  There is very little excitement created.  I think she should have at least 2 songs in Vegas that she changes every week.  They should pick like 10 songs and just play different ones.  So when the fans that go over & over again go they will get something different here & there.
