Maybe it's because of her using a corded mic, but her voice hasn't sounded so great since 2002 and early 2008 I think.

I can't help but to disagree.

Lcmm is the worst it has sounded since the world tour and rdmh is the worst it has EVER sounded. Lmbtl was pretty good but her Vegas performances earlier in the run sounded better as well as her last few in paris when she was in the original key.

Lullaby and the two live bond songs are too boring for me to care. Why are they still in the show? The bond medley is so out of place when we have so many new songs to choose from that would just be better. The show needs an update so badly.

I agree with you. Hopefully it'll be soon...? I was hoping they would make changes because she sounded like she was ready to. What does it take?

I imagine that, since the album has done so poorly in the U.S., they have decided against adding more songs from it into the Vegas show.  The show already has 3 songs in it from the actual album, and 5 songs from the Deluxe Edition - heck, it has 6 if anyone from Japan comes over and sees the show.  I doubt they will add any further songs from LMBTL to the show.  The general public won't know the album so it is for the best that the show, Celine, remains a greatest hits/cover show.  If it's not going to change, I'm definitely not going to rush to get back and see it again.  I'll wait until closer to 2019 when it ends.

Yes I agree. It is frustrating to me though because Overjoyed an At 17  and the others have been in the show since '11. So I have a hard time with  6 songs from the cd. That's like saying 'oh I do songs from SA because I am doing NMQP! It's been in the show since '11 also.
Does that make sense?
In a fantasy world I wish she would just say screw it but maybe she is happy and content singing the same material!?

I totally get where you're coming from, I'm just trying to get you to see where they're coming from.  Adding even one song into the show will cost whoever produces the show $1 million.  Celine and the entire 31 piece orchestra will need to be paid for rehearsals (that ain't cheap folks - even if Celine isn't getting paid - that orchestra definitely is).  A lighting designer will have to be paid to design the lights for the song.  If they decide to add something to the LED screen, or a chandelier, or some kind of effect for the song, that will cost money to the person who designs it and then it will cost money to have it implemented.  Then THAT new effect/lighting design will have to be rehearsed, again with Celine and the entire orchestra not to mention the crew that put the new effect into place.  The electricity and heat will have to be on during the day for the rehearsals (when it would normally be dark), etc.  

I'm hoping that you guys will finally start to really understand what it takes to add songs into the show.  It's not as simple as "Celine can just walk out on stage and sing it".  In order for the producer to put all of that money into a show (when he doesn't need to because the show is already up and running and selling tickets just fine) it would take something major to have that happen.  Adding LMBTL was a big enough change for them to implement at this time, even though we, as fans, would love to hear new music in the show every year.

I forget about the behind the scene stuff! Totally out of my brain! I do see now that it would be extremely hard to just walk on and sing anything! It is so much bigger than just Celine!

Ok, I understand what you means. I was more making reference to dynamics/grain in her voice (which is, in my opinion, warmer than in the first shows in 2011, right after her pregnancy). Otherwise, yeah I agree with you, the way the LCMM, RDMH & LMBTL are sung, are not her best versions at all. For Lullabye & NDIB/LALD (Bond Medley), I don't think I'll change my mind, those recent versions seem more heartfelt to me. But liking or not the songs, that's another story ^^.

I guess everyone forgot how to get bootlegs, not complaining because I know its a risk but,  well I am complaining lol but it seemed like before people actually cared to get them and it was a lot easier when actually it is now lol. Well idk.

I kinda feel the same way. It's scarce now that we have any bootlegs of the show. and while some may sy the show is not progressing/evolving, and this is NOT the place to discuss that, it's nice to have bootlegs so we can see the changes, even subtle ones that are made. It's disappointing, I'm right there with you!

Guys I hate to be like this, cuz this is probably a mod/admin's job. But this is the topic for audio recordings and there's another topic for video bootlegs. That said, thank you soooooo much for the vids of Incredible and, especially, SSDA. So excited to maybe have more mp3 recordings of the show in future dates but it is so neat to see how things are going. I'm sorry if saying this steps on anyone's toes, I don't mean to.

Maybe I'm seeing things, but the topic is called "post all the audio recordings/bootlegs here!" Sooo.... I assume that means you can post all audio recordings/bootlegs here.

True, but videos aren't audios and there is a separate section for them, just didn't want to make it too confused/redundant. But you are absolutely right!
