I think thats the whole point. Shirley Bassey recorded these James Bond songs thru the late 70's.

I guess the dress brings people back in the past for the moment of those songs.

Nice of them to post them in a decent size for a change! I'm just kidding, they're a bit compressed but they're great. I love Gerard's shots, as I've said many times before. I hope they update the site regularly, not like A New Day with months/years between new photos and videos.

It's a miracle! Celinedion.com posted HQ pics... almost HQ anyway Amazing! I just love everything I'm seeing/hearing/reading about the show. I'm super excited, I can't wait for people to see the big premiere tomorrow and come back with details.

And I'm so happy there are so many great reviews in the media. I mean, even Newsweek did a whole story based on her, that's  like serious press. And they weren't even mean to her!

Thank all of you guys for all the photos and audio clips and details.

About the whole playlist issue: I too wish there were some more of her own songs, after all we became fans because of those songs too, not just the voice. On the other hand, Celine is so much like an opera singer. You couldn't blame Pavarotti for singing only old pieces of music thousands of people have sung before, could you? It is about the most amazing voice in the world put to good use with some of the most beautiful pieces of music. If Celine wrote her own songs and than she would have chosen to do more covers in a show, that would be weird. But she pretty much refuses to write, even though we all know she can, so it is all about the voice.

And of course she's going to have all the huge hits, that's normal. Except for people that have seen her live like at least 5 times, the others do come to hear the hits. Of course, if I'd have it my way, I'd have her sing all the songs she's never done live or at least not in the last ten years.

But, bottom line, I'm just so freakin' happy she's back on stage and we get to see her and hear her a lot!

PS: That blue-ish/green-ish dress: OMG!

Last night I got 4 tickets to Celine's Show for July 23! I am soooooo excited - you dont even know - but you probably do - because Im sure most of you feel the same way I do about it! I cant wait! I mean it looks so amazing and Im sure it will be. This will be my first concert Celine concert ever (although I have been a great fan of her since 2006).

MANY MANY CONGRATS!!! I've been a fan of hers since 91...and my first concert was in 2008. TRUST ME you have not LIVED til you've seen her LIVE!    I'll be there on July 3rd...I just CAN NOT wait! This show is a DREAM come true in many many ways, ESPECIALLY with the setlist.

(p.s.) Watch out for those "right before the show jitters"....me? I was shaking all over and I hypervintilated almost!

Yeah, I felt the same way when I saw Celine for the first time on my 16th birthday. I was shaking I was so nervous. I thought, we were going to be late but we were really early.   I can remember like it was yesterday. This will be my third time seeing her live.

Warning there is a screaming banchee in this video she ruins the song the first time, watch it again and you can tune her out believe me I was able to do it although I wanted to scream "Shut Up" at my computer screen. I bet I would have been sent to a padded room finally.

Hello Everyone,
I want to thank everyone for all the great info about her up and coming show. I am going to be seeing Celine in  April, and I have never seen her perform LIVE before. So just going to see her sing is just going to be amazing no matter what songs she sings. I saw the set list, and I do have to say seeing that My Heart Will Go On included does make me extreamly excited. Out of all the songs I'd love to hear her sing that is definitly the one.  Its my favorite favorite song of hers (among many others of course)  Just to hear her voice sing, is what I am REALLY looking forward too. So if she sings some cover songs, I don't mind.

Aw thank-you so much !! When she sings, her voice is like an angel, and I tend to get emotional quite a bit just listening to her music at home, so having a chance to see and hear her sing LIVE I can only imagine what my emotions will be. Will have to bring kleenex with me for sure ...
