I am already starting to pack for my trip to Vegas in April ( I simply can't wait to tell you the truth) and I have decided that I am going to dress up nice for Celine's show. First time in Vegas, first time seeing Celine, I want to feel comfortable but look nice all around. I've decided to wear one of my black dresses that I had bought a while back that I've never worn. Seems so fitting for the night. I am also going to wear my "Heart Of The Ocean" necklace that I have, that I had purchased years ago from Avon. The replica looking necklace from Titanic. Perfect for the occasion I tell you. Gold shoes, and a nice black, small purse

I had a long gown for the opening night and a coctail dress (is that the correct term?) with long sleeves for the 2nd show. But I did that more for myself, to underline that special event for myself.
After attending the shows in Colosseum 3 times, I came to the conclusion that almost everything is allowed.
There were people in gowns, suits, even tuxedos but than there were also people in simple t-shirts and jeans.
So I agree with those of you who said that probably as long as you have a valid ticket for the show, you won't be denied the access.
OK, I don't know about bikini & flip flops, lol, but I even recall there seeing people in Hawaii-style-shirts in the audience. I wouldn't wear that kind of outfit for this show but, after all, everyone has to know for her/himself.

Barbara's right, people were dressed differently all across the board. This is a classy show, so I do suggest getting a little dressed up!

Yepp, that's what I thought to myself - it's a classy show by a classy woman so I don't want to go there in just a t-shirt or everyday street look. And even though I saw that large variety of outfits there, I personally would were a bit more chic/classy again if I'll get a chance to go there again.
I rather saye t-shirts and jeans for rock concerts or for some open-airs.

So I'm going to my first Celine concert....EVER!!! and I have 12 days before I go but I cannot figure out what to wear. Clothes obviously. I mean do you dress up? do you not? my bf says I should wear my ball gown that I wore when I was in a pageant a few years ago. I think the dress is lovely, but I really can't fit in it anymore. I mean what do you wear when you are going to see your idol? any ideas? what have you worn to her concert? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm going to the June 19 show and would love to meet other Celine fans so if your up for that let me know. Thanks for reading!!

I'm either wearing a maxi dress or an above the knee yellow dress. Semi-formal is what I'm going for.

Most people do dress semi-up. However, you do see people in jeans..etc. Actually the last time I went, I was running late from doing other stuff that I actually didn't have time to change. So I had a Celine sweatshirt type thing on and a pair of jeans. I looked awful and I was sitting in the first row in sec 3. So I was so embarrassed. I was thinking when she see's me and is sitting doing at Seventeen, she'll probably be thinking...geez couldn't these people dress up?
It's actually the sweatshirt in my avatar...I looked like crap from running around all day.

I would say a cocktail dress is best! But that's kind of my life's motto
There are lots of ppl in jeans etc, but lots of ppl dressed up- so whatever happy medium you decide should be fine
If I'm sitting close, I always wear a bright color, so she can see me

Me too! That's why I'm leaning toward the bright yellow dress- thats the reason I got it

I dressed up all three nights I went and it made me feel so good. You gotta go with a dress and possibly jewelry. It makes the experience SO much better!

♥ Thank you, Céline for giving me the greatest birthday I could ask for! ♥

I have a tip PACK YOUR DRESS IN YOUR HAND LUGGUE NOT YOUR SUITCASE! My suitcase was left in Australia. I had only ONE change of chothes pants and a t-shirt. There was no way I was meeting Celine in that! so my second day in Vegas was pretty hecked. I had to go to Miracle Mile and buy a dress.
Thankfully I found this plain pink dress which matched with my little white top and my "heart of the Ocean" necklace
