Nah... SSDA is absolutely gorgeous with the orchestra. Although JNVOP would be a highlight for her french fans, and those of us who are learning the language avec ses chansons.

Aaand this time the tribute should be to the Beatles! Or MJ, 'cos it wouldn't be jumping into the bandwagon for her, since she loved him so much. But I think every non-fan would think it'd be.
Well in fact the only tribute I'd wish this time is one to herself. Singing her own repertory songs she never have sung, maybe a medley to start with. But that will not happen.

I don't agree... She doesn't have to sing anything! IF she decides not to sing it anymore, it's up to her! People seem to forget that her career was already skyhigh before MHWGO! Sure it's her biggest hit... and some people would be dissappointed if she never sang it again... but also a lot of people would be relieved! I wouldn't mind if she never sang those 90ies hits of the setlist ever again!

I do hope that even if she doesn't record anything new, then when she really does they will add them to the show... My guess is that probably they might go for the Xmas album next year only and maybe some regular recording in 2012....
As for the French songs.... I'm afraid they'll go either PQTME or SSD but I wish they would include at least ONCP... For me, they should go with JNVOP but if they really don't want to include songs that "new", they could use ONCP, it's a great song (not so overplayed like PQTME or SSD) and it sounds amazing with orchestra! (Look at 400th Quebec's anniversary).... We'll see...
All I ask for is to include also songs post 2000 not only 'hits' from the 90s and let's say IDAN and TC... it would be such a shame...

Well for me MHWGO is ok, it's some kind of magic in the show/concert that even thought it's been sung so many times, each time is special and they could rearrange it a bit... If we didn't have it, we'd say that we miss it... BUT it mustn't be the last song!
I think they know how to make old songs sound awesome - Look at I'm Alive from the tour, it's a like completely new song! and we all loved it and Celine enjoyed it... They just have to make some effort to do so

I'm Alive, I Drove All Night, and To Love You More desperately need to be removed. They're flops at best. There time is done. They serve no new fresh purpose to the show except to take away a spot from a more deserving song.

Agree about IDAN and TLYM. I'd be quite happy to hear "I'm Alive" again though, especially the way it was performed during the last world tour.
