Hopefully we can get the tickets together at the box office so we can all sit together.
They usually group the vegas.com seats together.
I will speak to the box office staff closer to the time.

I would call ticketmaster instead of doing it online....then you can just ask for what seat you want. That's the only thing that has worked for me when I didn't like the tickets online.
You can pick whatever you like when you call? That'll be great! Thanks for your info. Did you get your ticket already? do you have any suggestion about choosing the seats? I feel that the view of REAR ORCH is no better than a front row in the 1STMZ, is it?
No you can't pick whatever seats you like... What you can do is call...and request front row seats for your date. If they have some they will tell you but usually they do not so then just say you want the next best thing (2nd or 3rd row) and they will look for you. I have gotten 4th and 1st row doing this. and both times they were only offering fear orch seats when I clicked "best available" online. I hope this helps
Also, as the date for the show nears there will most likely be more tickets released. I got tickets in July for a show in Oct and I got forch MM when I clicked "best available" but when I went back 2 weeks before the show they had row DD up :/ so the best available is not always the most accurate
That's true! They will first sell the not very good seats and release the better ones later. I just called them and they only tell you the same seat as you click the best available on the website.
So as this time, I really don't know if I should buy it now or just wait...
Yea, they really don't have good service from ticketmaster. It was just my experience that when I called I got a better option of seats....so they just haven't released them yet (it was a lot closer to the show when I called too)

I'm considering buying a ticket from vegas.com in section B for the opening night.
I'm travelling all the way from Scotland and would love great seats so do you think these will be good seats?
David.

Nobody can answer that for sure.
All I can say is that I've sat right at the back of section B in the corner and it was still great.

Other than ticketmaster, can we also buy tickets from Vegas.com? So what are the difference of the two ways of buying tickets. Thanks!

With ticketmaster you get to choose your seat. With vegas.com you select your section and only get your seat number on the day of the show.

Which seats are better, rear orchestra or first mezzanine? I know first mez are higher up but if you're near the front I thought the view might be better than far back in the rear orchestra, but I guess it depends which seats I get given.
I'm hoping to go next August, with my family.

It all depends on your personal preference.
I would say that if you're taking your family then go for 1st Mezz.
Try and get row A - They have an amazing view, even from the side.

For the premiere?
Because they're sold out.
Those are the best seats so are always the first to go.

so for tickets on vegas.com, is it reliable? If i got 2 tickets, would they be "together" in that section i requested?
Also, how would i pick up those tickets...at the box office?
Just trying to seek new options if i do decide to go to more shows ;)

Yes vegas.com is good. I've used them before. Your seats will be togther. You can only collect them at the box office after 4pm on the day of the show.

You're at the top, off center to the left, near the back. Look in the "Colosseum" Topic for seating charts.
I sat near there for the last show of A New Day. It is not a great seat but you can see the entire stage just fine. There really is no bad seat.

Not all tickets are Will Call. If you buy them in the USA they will be sent to you or you can print them.
Some scalper sites will also send you certain tickets before the show.

Are you having a problem with finding tickets or just the purchase?
I have searched a few random dates and there are still plenty of tickets

I don't know if this question has been asked, but if you don't stay at the Caesar's Palace hotel for the show, where's the best place to stay that doesn't cost "an arm and a leg"? Also, when is the best time to go (I mean with regard to avoiding heavy traffic, way too many tourists, etc)?

The cheapest hotel closest to Caesars Palace is Imperial Palace.
I don't really know when the touristy season is. As far as I know Las Vegas is struggling to bring people in because of the bad economy so it isn't extremely busy at any time

I went and check out the imperial palace and it says that is sold out for March 2011, also all the hotels from the Harrah's chain say the same thing except the Flamingo.
