They never do seat numbers. You won't find out where you are sitting untill you pick up your tickets before the show. Bummer I know.

I was surprised to see on Ticketmaster today that the “TeamCeline Presale” option is listed amongst the other options for purchasing tickets.  I found my TC code and it works.  From my understanding you have to purchase the tickets before December 31st when using the TeamCeline option.  BTW, there are some good seats still available via the TeamCeline membership.

Sorry if this information has already been posted or if all of you knew about this and I’m the idiot LOL.

I think they just meant if you don't buy ticket this year, the TC code you have would expire.

Right, the 2010 code exprires but I suppose you get a new code for 2011 to be able to buy another 4 tickets don't you think ?

Vegas.com doesn't have tickets for the premiere anymore. And for the 16th they only have 2nd Mezzanine available.
At Ticketmaster they only have the Platinum seats:

Question-

my mom bought 4 of our tickets on her TC account. Now she doesn't know if she will be able to make the trip out to Vegas. If she doesn't go, there's no way to get the tickets though right? they are in her name but charged to my credit card. Is there any way I could go and have the billing statement and her TC membership card and the credit card (but I wouldn't have a photo ID that was hers) as I'm her daughter and still be able to get the tickets? Or are we screwed if she can't make the trip? She is just physically not able to this year. Helpppp!

whom should I contact about this? Caesars box office?

i have the same issue Lindsey. I bought tickets for the 16th with a TC code from someone who can't attend. I've called the box office and they say i'm screwed but im determined to get there on the 12th and fight until i get my tickets. i mean i PAYED for them right? there's gotta be something i can do. after all it's MY credit card.

One would think that they would make exceptions.  I'd take the card you used to purchase the tickets and your ID and hope for the best.  If not cry bloody murder!

You used your credit card, so I would think that's ok. Bring your ID and the team celine card from your mother/friend.

I mean it's been almost a year since we bought them and it's for health reasons and they are already paid for so.... they are our best seats, too! It's not like I want a refund, I want them, I just may not have the TC person with me to pick them up. She's still wanting to come and hoping she'll be able to but  I'm still looking into if she can't, just in case.

I've now also booked the 16th march for the show but from a different website called celineinvegas.com. I've booked the premiere ticket from tickemaster and ticket will arrive through post in Feb but i had the option of something called 'will call' does this mean pick them up at the box office in caesars??? :/ x

Yes that's what will call means- you go the day of and pick it up right before the show

Yes,just call Caesars box office. They will help you. I had a situation and they responded very nicely. Just ask for one of the supervisors or managers.
