exactly, if it wasn't in Vegas, such promotion would kill this show. I'm really disappointed

I'm not being horrible, or negative here I'm just stating a fact... they have ''winged this entire show'' and just hoped for the best!
Look at how the tickets got released, no build up, no promo, just bang on sale, then oh they are sold out for the Premiere... And over this year since Celine announced it on Oprah, we've learned nothing more about this show and its a month till the premiere...
Fair enough Celine had the twins recently, but ''her team/caesars'' could have realeased ''some'' info. as a teaser for fans, because only the diehard fans know that shes returning to Vegas next month, and I think they fans have been dealt a bad hand in this ''pardon the pun'', but we are the ones who are forking out the money again to travel there, stay there, eat and shop there and spend alot of money on tickets... a little give and take would be nice, play the game.
I just think they were thinking '' $$ '' don't worry about promo, or giving info. to her fans, they will pay, they will be there!
Very true, but not great customer service or satisfaction.

You are 100% Right! but since they were so open with the premiere of AND in terms of details it makes me believe that maybe they arent sharing the info because they simply dont have anything to give.. hate to say it but it may be a typical Celine concert with a orchestra and nothing more and that we already know.

You hit the nail on the head Darren... BUT... I hope you're wrong and we'll get a massive surprise on March 15th
Am I in denial? Probably

i'm so afraid of that... i assume it will be a repeat all over again, so then in the end if it's totally something different I would be blown away...

Maybe just maybe we should just wait and see what this show will bring us. Let them surprise us. It will never be like A New Day visually en artisticly but I think we will be surprised vocally!!
And why is it because of the $$? If people think this will suck than don't go nobody is forcing anybody to buy tickets.
After 2 years I'm going to see my favorite artist again, we should be greatful that we're able to. She can stay at her waterpark enjoy her twins, she doesn't have to do it for the money so why she does it? Maybe because she loves doing it, because she want to please her always so demanding fans?
When I'm there I will enjoy it nomather what. Of Course afterwards we will discussing songs settings and we will have an opinion about it but they can't please everybody. Every show there will be like 300 fans maybe even less and 4000 general public so what should they choose? Even among fans we can't agree what she should sing or what she should do on stage and we only have to think about fans they also have to think about other people non fans who just want to see a good show.
And when it turns out it's not my kind of show (although I doubt that because I love to hear Celine sing) This will be the last time in 3 years I will go. And maybe then it's not fair she stays there for 3 years but it's her choice. Take it or leave it.
I find it very sad how this whole thing is already been judged without seeing or hearing a picture or note from Celine. You all think Rene would be so stupid to bring Celine in a project that is rushed and without thinking after everything they have accomplished and built up.
I think we should wait and see and let us suprise us. I already know that march 15 2011 will be an wonderfull day and I will have an wonderfull evening
