I think your list is pretty accurate.  But I'm wondering about Ben.....the last time she goes "had a friend like Ben" sounds different on both nights imo but it might be the quality?

It's not unlike her to sing 95% of it lipped and then sing the last soft line or three seconds live. I'm pretty sure she did that in "The Reason" and it's what she did in Taking Chances (minus the 95% part) and it's what she did with WDMHBN (this time around). Oh, and Ammore Annascunnuto. And If You Asked Me To.

You know I just really really get irritated by some of the stuff here. How can you lose respect for her? Tell me how can you? The women has sung professionally for 30 years not 1 not 5 but 30. She has pushed herself to limits not many of us woud do ourselves because she wants not only to please her fans the best she can, but still live out her dreams. Yes hitting f5's or d ^'s every night is tough, so she might have a lil help but to say almost 95% of the time is really stinking annoying and ridiculous. Everyone was bown away by her performance and instead of praising the fantastic job VOCALLY and ARTISTICALLY that this show is, we are like little roaches nit picking at every little crumb and of course doubting that celine can't sing high notes live and have them sound exctly the same many nights in a row. I guess too that all opera and broadway singers lip too cause it wouldn't be possible for them to hit the notes required of them several days in a  row as well. You guys should be a shame of yourselves. Seriously you praise her one minute and then doubt comes in and you become vultures. It DISGUSTS me as it should any die hard fan. Just disgusting. Why don't you get on a stage and do it. How would you feel to have 30 years of intensive work  only to be as you put it lost lots of respect for one or maybe even two understandably so mimed notes???? Just disgusting!!! I'm disappointed in alot of you. personally i'm just going to support celine and trust in her VOICE cause truly thats all that matters period.

believe me i dont want to talk about lipping but the thing is that she insists on singing the songs exactly the same way as the cd someone has to tell her its ok to change listen im a singer myself and somthing went wrong with my voice and it changed completly and i was very sad cause i couldnt sing the same way befor so i was mad and tryed to sing every bit of the songs i sing but it was always hard cause the vocals changed completly after i gave up the doctor told me just to find another way to sing songs cause ur voice cant get the notes any more just discover the new way and forget the old one ur voice didnt go it just changed i did and i really new what he ment so the thing i want to say is that when we talk about new arramgments we really mean it we are ready to listen to the same songs even my heart will go on just with new arrangment make it slow make it fast play with it but just sing live celine believe me if im able to go to vagas i would tell her that right in her face not for anything except that i really love her

I loved meeting up with the people from here, but this gets on my nerves this discussion about her not singing live or not that I might actually stop donating to the forum.

Yeah, maybe I'm over reacting, maybe but this is ruining my pleasure being here and making me think about stuff that I have NEVER cared about. I'm going to the show again on sunday and I'm not going to let this ruin my enjoy of the show and her as a peformer.

I have a huge respect for Bellamy and Vic for this site and I do want to support them, but I don't feel like doing it while this discussion is allowed everywhere, sorry.

I totally agree. I now, when I go to Vegas in June, to see Celine that she will blow my mind with her singing and the show as well.        I thought that last night's bootleg, was better than the premieres.   I hate Lipped discussions allot.

I think everyone who went to both shows would agree that the 16th was better than the 15th by far.  Celine sounded great both nights, but the 16th of course you have that amazing ending note in ABM, and RDMH was better as well.  I also noticed a night and day difference between the crowds.  I personally thought the opening night crowd was a DUD, but the 2nd night was amazing.  Tons of standing O's and they were much louder.  I thought it was great when Celine forgot the words to LCMM, she must have not been ready when the song started

Some people still don't get. I guess goes in one ear and out the other. She still has the soprano high notes, otherwise why would she still sing the songs in the keys that she has for 16 years...  God forbid you sing one line the same night after night, people will think its impossible when its the easiest thing to do. Especially as a trained singer. Refer to my reponse to dlh1 and see his post that got me fired up above

For everyone who's moaning about my lipping comment - If you actually read my posts I said I didn't want a discussion about lipping because we all know she does it. All I said was compare the 15th and the 16th show yourself and unless your delusional or in denial about Celine miming (which a lot of people are) then you will notice just how much she mimes. I will always buy her records but I doubt I would pay to fly half way around the world to see someone lipping.

And who ever mention that she's been singing for 30 years, cut her some slack - Paul McCartney has been singing for nearly 60 years and never mimes at concerts so age has nothing to do with it. I would much rather hear her attempt to hit certain notes and miss than hear her mime.

As far as I'm concerned, end of discussion. I still love her and think she's amazing, but very deceitful.
