Let's see what she has to offer this time. She is absolutely a Goddess of Goddesses as far as lyrics and expressiveness are concerned. And when she does covers she reinvents them:

Tori has a new album and tour comming next fall

"It's a 21st century song cycle inspired by classical music themes spanning over 400 years.  I have used the structure of a song cycle to tell an ongoing, modern story. The protagonist is a woman who finds herself in the dying embers of a relationship. In the course of one night she goes through an initiation of sorts that leads her to reinvent herself allowing the listener to follow her on a journey to explore complex musical and emotional subject matter.  One of the main themes explored on this album is the hunter and the hunted and how both exist within us.”

Tori Amos guested in MODOK's show. MODOK is a character of Marvel Comics.

Though Tori didn't sing, but this was one of the best MODOK episode IMO.

I got her new album today and its amazing, a few tracks has special vocals by her daughter

I love Tori, she's an incredible artist as far as singing and songwriting is concerned!!!
I don't care for her look, for her plastic surgeries and whatever - that doesn't interest me at all.

I absolutely love her recent album, I love how the mother's and daughter's voices merge in some songs on it!!

And she's on tour in Europe right now...

Anyone plans on seeing her live or maybe has already been to one of her concerts??

I wish I could go to a concert, unfortunately I don't have money to go, she never came to my country

after Celine she is my 2nd fav artist

I'll be seeing Tori live for the very first time in my life this coming Monday night!!!!

Halloween with Tori, that will surely be one night to remember!!!

The concert in Essen (Germany) was simply... amazing? stunning? breathtaking?...
Well, I guess no words can describe it!!!!
My very first Tori concert but definitely not the last one!!!
She's soooo incredible!!!

And I even MET her in person, OMG!!! She was so kind, sweet and warm-hearted!!!
She gave me a big hug, signed the "Night Of Hunters" album for me and we took a picture together!!
I still wonder how it's possible that I'm still alive?!! LOL
At the concert I sat 3rd row centre and it was really an amazing seat, I was at the same level as Tori on stage and as the rows before mine were descending, noone blocked my view!!

As a cherry on this wonderful cake, I have a HQ audio bootleg from this show, if any Tori fans here are interested, drop me a line!

Tori will be on a very limited Gold Dust tour with the Metropole symphonic orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley this autumn.
A new album with orchestral versions of some of her greatest hits will be released probably on October 16th.

As for the tour, there are no US dates yet but they will probably get released soon.
So far we know the following dates:

• 1st October - Rotterdam, De Doelen (already on sale)  
  
• 2nd October - Brussels, Palais des Beaux-Arts (already on sale)
  
• 3rd October - London, Royal Albert Hall (tickets sale starts on June 22nd)
  
• 13th October - Warsaw, Sala Kongresowa (already on sale)
  
• 15th October - Berlin, Philharmonie (already on sale)

Two more cities that will probably get confirmed very soon are Paris and Vienna.

Anyone here plans on attending any of these shows??

My GF adores Tori and won front row seats and backstage passes to see her last December in Los Angeles (where we were lucky to see her two nights in a row for her Night of Hunters tour).

I was struck by how tiny she was. And extremely soft spoken, but incredibly polite and welcoming.

for the 1st time ever i had a chance to go to a Tori concert

it was amazing

11/09/2017 @ Grand Rex Paris.

The show was about 1h30 running and all songs were live, she sang most of my favorites

and i thing i'm still recovering from the emotion that i got on the show

it was my birthday and after the concert i gave my Cd to Tori, it was a magical moment

The lights show were perfect and the arrangements fit so well, there were no band, but she used some beats samplers in some songs and it worked

it was a great show, a great woman and my favorite along Celine
