I just packed my suitcase, it's actually nearly the largest one I have   Didn't want to take the risk with the weather en loaded some extra clothes.  Also additional chargers for my laptop, DSLR, GPS, PDA and a pocketcamera were loaded

I won't be taking my HD camera with me, I'll save that for the next time in Vegas   The reason is quite simple, it didn't fit in my suitcase if I had packed it completely shock resistant and it seems that the metal protection case was just a few centimeters to large as carry on luggage   Since the risks are to high to take it as checked luggage I will leave this at home...  Sorry folks.  However, my DSLR, plenty of memory cards, spare batteries, chargers, an external flash and a monopod are packed...  So pictures won't be a problem

Arround 7 AM my taxi will be waiting outside to drive me to the airport, plenty of time since my plane does only leave at 12PM but don't want to take a risk losing my good seats on the plane and I'll have to search for a conversion plug for the Canadian electricty.

It's the Station Guy Concordia,  from this point y'a have to take Guy Concordia to the right. (You just have to look at a city map, there's one in each metro station.)

And if you really want to see, you just have to google map 1005 Guy, Montreal.

They did it at my hotel. 12% exchange rate. IE. I gave him 100 I got 112 back. Can't complain about that    I have my curtains wide open right now and I"m loving the view.

I MAY have seen Celine's SUV. I went on a short bus tour around Montreal (So bummed because I missed my long one to Quebec ) and the tour guide goes, "what is that a parade" and I looked and it was cop cars surround a car..couldn't tell if it was an suv or what. Then the one girl said in French, "maybe it's Celine Dion".   I was about to be like, stop the bus, and RUN. lol I love how they say Celine up here...or how it's supposed to be pronounce. Sulin Diooooo lol

Anyone from Montreal, what is the quickest/cheapest way to get to Quebec City from here? I would love to go up there for a day (before a show) to see the city and the winter carnival since I missed out on it today. Thanks!

You have the bus Orleans Express. here's the adresse of the website:

You can buy your ticket online and print it or you can go at the central gare. witch is on Maisonneuve and Berri.

IT's like 3h15 ou 4h55(depending on wich departure your take) to get to Quebec city, if you're student (with a proof) it's 69,98$ going, and return to montreal
If you're not student it's 83,53$,

There bus at pretty much every hours, something like at every 1/2 hours.
