I've recently been discovering Toni, and she's an amazing artist! Incredibly sexy, beautiful voice(her low notes are out of this world), great talent. The Heat is an amazing album, and I like More Than a Woman than most people do. Her first two albums are great and so was Libra. Favorite songs are Please, The Heat, Let Me Show You the Way (Out), Spanish Guitar, Come on Over Here, I Don't Want To and Gimme Some. I wish I had been in Vegas to see her show, I could've seen her and Celine's show at the same time . Melt (Like an Iceburg) is great and so is Get Loose.

That's a link to Get Loose. It's rumored to be the first single from Pulse since Melt was confirmed not to be the first single.

Glad to hear she's been recording again I take it she's better now after being ill and cancelling the rest of her Vegas run??!! I saw her show in 06 when i was there. It was a really good show - even though i was half asleep as i'd been up for 25 hours!!! Wayne Brady was in the audience that night.

1 and 2 are pretty neck and neck, both are incredible albums. I like More Than a Woman and Libra a lot, and I liked Secrets at first, but to me in kind of pales in comparison with the other albums (though some of the songs are real stand-outs). I don't hate it, but it's not incredible. Haven't listened to Snowflakes yet, but it only has two standard Christmas songs, so that's interesting.

I can´t wait For Toni´s new album i´ve heard it will be reminicent of Secrets "1996".
She works with some Producers from that period like Babyface, Harvey Mason Jr, Soulshock & Karlin.
I wonder why she doesn´t work with David Foster...He did her biggest song ever..Un-Break My heart and Spanish Guitar.

But i think this album will be better than her presents recordings.

i wonder why BMG didn't release Libra worldwide. we don't have it here. her strongest effort imo is her debut album. and i love the short hair she had during that period!

I also love her the best with short hair.

Weird that BMG didn't release Libra where you live.
In Europe it was released with several bonus-tracks.
Later it was even re-released with a new sleeve-cover
and the 'duet' with Il Divo as extra bonus.

Can't believe "Please" didn't make it huge as it's my favorite Toni song.

Get Loose is the real first single. Melt (Like an Iceberg) was recorded back in April 2007 and was denied to be the first single.

Me too, but I think Get Loose is more radio-friendly, so i'm hoping she gets at least Top 40 with it.

Same, I see Toni as R&B/Soul, though she dabbled in hip-hop a little with More Than a Woman, I think.

Well, I have to say that Toni Braxton is absolutely amazing. She's beautiful, talented, stylish and sexy, she's a freat artist. I love her new album 'Pulse' especially 'Melt' and 'Get Loose', and the new single 'Yesterday' is just COOL! I cannot get enough of it! I've bene listening to it repeteadly for 3 days in a row... 'You!.. You!.. So yesterday' I should give to my ex-boyfriends to listen

P.S Guys, I've been dying to find her song 'Respira otra vez' for a long time already... Cannot find it anywhere... It's a spanish version of 'Breathe Again'. Do you have it? Oh, please, tell me you do...
