The ungratefulness of Stans amazes me. You're lucky you can even watch this special concert - either on YouTube or by downloading it. It's never enough for Stans. More more more. Better quality. Higher resolution. No watermark. HD. Whatever. When did we stop becoming grateful for having anything that we have and we created a generation of whiny, entitled, brats.

What gets me is the people whining about how Sony doesn’t release Céline DVDs anymore, but in the next breath asking for pirated links (see Aline thread).
Who do you think is going to release stuff at a loss? How do you not realize you’re perpetuating the problem you bemoan?

That is ironic, but most fans are not going to go through the effort to download a pirated film if it can be found on the artist’s YouTube channel, Netflix or streaming services, digital download or for purchase on actual physical copy. Who would pirate something when it’s already accessible?

A lot of the fans wants a new material. It’s been years since the last time they release a “new” material. You can’t blame them.

Team Céline has become more lazy, and Sony really loves to shrink down their artist.

While I am not a huge fan of this concert vocally, I do appreciate that she attempted several songs live that she usually wouldn’t have. TPOL, despite being a mediocre performance, is still better than some of her early attempts. To be fair though she seemed a bit nervous, more than usual. The headvoice parts of Le Ballet were the best ever! Wish we had another Natural Woman performance. Was when I fall in love, possibly performed early on in the tour, or was this just a one off. Also twist and shout is confirmed to be live, I thought it was lipped for a while, but Berlin bootleg confirms that it isn’t.

The TPOL is actually one of my favorite performances. Yeah the power isnt quite there from 93-95 but the tone is less nasally. Its softer.
