yes! i love it! it is so peaceful - i have it as part of a playlist of music that sends me to sleep every night!

But I love the whole album - i think it is her 2nd best french album (after D'eux)

This album is held to the Marie Antoinette book by Stefan Zweig in my memory... I first read the book when the CD came out... and many songs remained in my memory since then... mon homme - contre nature - je lui dirai has a nice french revolution spirit... lol - rien est vraiment fini - Apprends-moi(one of my favorites) - Le vol d'un ange (OMG)... almost everything... but not je t'aime encore... please

I love this album as much as all her other french albums!   I can not make any decision between them all!    
The only song i do forward most times is Je T'aime Encore(yes i got the first release before the Et was added!),for some reason i prefer her singing the english version of this song ....

lol. Oh god, no I was so wrong. The pop-tart melodies and the shallow lyrics. It's all a genius twist invented by Monsieur Goldman bunch. Now go walk on that water

one of my al time favorite songs from Celine!

It's not my fav French album of hers...nothing beats D'eux or Dion Chante Plamondon and I have a soft spot for Icognito my first Celine album

I love Je Lui Dirais ,Tous L'Or Des Hommes, and Je T'aime Encore. I have the deluxe red book edition with the DVD.

I'm curious many of you are from countries where French is not the main language, do you all speak French? or just enjoy the music without understanding the lyrics?

I have to agree with you, its not my favorite but its wonderful, with great lyrics and beats

You're living in the USA now? I just moved tro the USA this past year. It's so strange not hearing any more French. I just listened yesterday to all of Celine French albums.

I am waiting to get this cd, but i just love the song Tous L'Or Des Hommes. Its just brilliant. I have not a word of French, dont understand what the lyrics mean, but im mad about this song any how.....   Its a cool song to dance to

1F&4T is amazing! It's such a departure from Celine's other work, both in English and French. At first the songs might seem boring, but I think that's because it is more mellow than what we're used to from Celine. Once you get more familiar with the music, its easy to hear the beauty and emotion in the songs.

Hey guys, would any body have a bit if time (the french knowers) to tell me a brief description of the song tour les de hommes (prob spelt wrong) but you know the one im talking bout. this will be the first time i will know any translation of any celine french song. im just too curious about this one? I love this album. I know Celine does because when it came out she said she liked the more edgier sound of it. Even though I've studied French I don't always know what the lyrics mean but I always love hearing her French songs. I really wish she would play more than one French song in her North American English concerts. I'd really like to hear more than one. I know the average North American audience probably does not want to hear more of them but they should give it a chance. One thing I thought they could do is if she played them in concert they could have translations running on the video screens.

I know during her last North American tour almost ten years ago she would sometimes play one of my favorite of her French songs S'il Suffisait d'aimer. There's a Youtube video of her singing it in Chicago.
I always get mad when people say "I don't understand the words." Well even if you don't the songs still have a certain sound and feeling to them. I wish the US audience would give them more of a chance.
