I wasn't quite sure of where to post this, but I found this yesterday and really want to know your opinion guys:

In early 2018 Discogs became the main website for me to buy Celine stuff, since then I've found quite a few rarities at decent prices.

So to the point: Yesterday morning I was searching for some stuff and I found a VHS with the Incognito TV special from Radio-Canada. Apparently it's an official release from Radio Canada (when something's fake or unofficial, I think Discogs makes you write it on the item description).

So I just received the UK single Tu M'aimes Encore (To Love Me Again) that I bought from ebay, and the track list is completely different on the CD. Send Me A Lover isn't even included on this version of the single. Are there more than one version of this particular UK single?

The CD you received doesn't go with the cover that you received. There's a version of the single that has the same color scheme as D'eux which is the CD you received. http://www.powerofth...m/pour que.html

Most UK singles have a Part 1 single and a Part 2 single. This seller has mixed up the Part 2 cd with the Part 1 case... Like the poster above me suggested… Look on the website http://www.powerofth...om/singles.html (co owned by me ) to see all the different releases from her singles!

You're right. I got the CD for the other UK single. Well, it's not the worst thing to happen, but it's a little annoying. I guess I'll just have to buy another one. I've bought a lot of singles on ebay lately and this is the first time I've got a CD that doesn't belong to the cover.

I use that side all the time. Thanks for a wonderful site! When I'm looking for information that's where I go.

I wonder how the seller could have mixed this up though.

This is what I've bought during the last six months or so. Maybe a little longer. I'm looking for singles and rarities every day now, and it's so much fun when it arrives! My collection is slowly growing, but I try to get something every month.

I also keep the CD's in a plastic slip to protect them as much as possible. I need to buy jewel cases and slimline jewel cases and replace some of them though.

So I just received A Special Radio Event that I bought from eBay last week, and now I'm wondering if this copy is authentic? I feel like it might not be after all. I've been comparing it to this picture (https://www.discogs....lease/10747872) and it doesn't look identical.

The one I received looks like it's printed at home, and the circle surrounding the inner circle is not there.

What do you guys think?

Unfortunately it looks like a cd-r to me, look at the back it's blueish and the center makes it clear it's just a cd-r. The official one is a normal pressed CD. Hopefully you can return it and get your money back!

Hello,
the seller where you have buyed the "Special Radio Event" has in his store the "Interview Disc November 1997" (SAMP 1009 from Australia). This CD is a CD-R and not an original release, this is a self-made fake. The original release looks different (see on Discogs or on Celine The power of music).
The same is with the "Special Radio Event", it is more similiar but not original.

Yeah, that's kind of what I assumed it was as well, but thanks for replying! When I looked at it, it didn't look like an original version, and I wanted to confirm it if that was true or not.

I did contact him, and he refunded me the entire amount, so it worked out. Although, now I have a fake version of this rare CD, and I obviously wanted an original one.

Hopefully someone will sell an original copy of this CD soon.

ugh that sucks! i was watching that auction actually and it didnt go for as much as i thought but i put that down to the fact that it wasn't really pictured...it was like a digital image. and it wasnt in its original white plastic wallet. Now it makes sense. Looking at yours, yeah it looks fake unfortunately. The green of the cd is way duller by the looks of it. And yeah when you do find one. Make sure its got the original wallet not a plastic case

Oh, so you watched that auction too? I had a feeling then too that it might not be real because of the picture, but I hoped my gut feeling would be wrong. It's so annoying that this is so hard to find.. and I thought I'd finally found my copy.

When I contacted the seller, he first suggested that he'd pay back half and let me keep the CD, but I told him I want the full amount because I can prove this was fake. So he refunded me the full amount and told me to keep it. I don't want to give anyone a negative rating, so I guess that's ultimately what he cared about
