The Rock and Jock Dick Clarks New Years Eve Special.  Monica and Ross desperately want to get on one of the blocks. They decide to do a routine they did in a competition when they were in Jr. High.

It really freaks her out and she tries to give it to Rachel. They're both fighting over who should take it and then Phoebe walks in:
