It's not yet on celinedion.com, but it's almost solded-out ! Montreal has another date : 1september (tickets are on sale on admission.ca) I guess it makes pretty official :)

According to celinedion.com, new dates were added few days ago:

Boston, August 13th
Montreal, September 1st
Newark, September 10th
New York, September 16th
Uniondale, September 18th

and according to wikipedia (but there's a lot of confusion about this):

Baku (Azerbaijan), July 18th
Tbilisi (Georgia), July 20th
a concert in Moscow is supposed to be added

However, I can't see the second date for Osaka on celinedion.com (maybe cancelled)!

And what about Prague & Istanbul?

According to celinedion.com, she will perform in Osaka on March 11 and March 13, 2008.

I remember that Istanbul used to be listed on the celinedion.com tour page.  If I am not mistaken, performances for Kuala Lumpur were slated for April 8, Prague on June 26, and Istanbul on June 28, 2008.  Istanbul was actually removed from the celinedion.com list of cities to be toured.  No confirmation has been given for the three cities.  

I would not be surprised if Moscow were added to the roster, but who knows at this point.  And Baku, Azerbaijan and Tblisi, Georgia seem highly unlikely.

I would have also thought Scotland would have been included on the tour.  Glasgow would have been a very likely possibility.  At this point, however, who knows if other dates may be added.

According to celinedion.com, a new date has been added to the tour.  Celine will also perform on January 5, 2009, in Dallas, Texas.

Eh, I see that you go to Newark on September 10th as too, if you wish it and what you speak about French or English one could meet itself low there, for assisted the show together!
I would be 08 IN 11/09 there.
