Literally five minutes ago I was having the conversation with someone....and frankly, to have Celine in the top three is fine by me.  It's all just personal preference.  To have Celine with Whitney and Mariah is a great thing!

I just remembered another singer with an amazing yet very unusual voice. Her name is Francesca Gagnon and she was the "White Singer" on Cirque du Soleil's Alegria. She is this BEAUTIFUL voice, so powerful and so unique.
