If you speaks more than 1 language fluent this shouldn't be a problem
I speak a couple of languages (Dutch: native, English: very fluent, French: Can take care of it, German: basics, ...) and between Dutch and English I don't have a problem switching languages.  Hell, sometimes I'm thinking in English
At this moment I'm in Montréal and although I mostly speak English there were some moments that I switched into French because I noticed that the man wasn't very fluent in English.  But then my French wasn't very fluent (reason why I mostly speak English in Montréal)
