After watching the trailer, it is obvious that the film is low-budget, but that's okay!

Christine or whatever her name is, who is playing Celine...she does a great job of assuming the role.

The man playing Rene is awful! Absolutely no resemblance and is not charming at all. Going to have a hard time pretending he is Rene when watching the film...

All in all, this will be something to watch with a light heart and not take seriously at all.

I just hope they don't try to scandalize anything in the movie.

The kissing scene in the trailer was so contrived...they tried to look passionate, but well, it just looked bizarre.

Ah well...it should be funny at least!

I was right, I don't like this at all. You can't really take this seriously. It's annoying that somebody else is singing the songs and that young Céline is singing in English! I don't wanna see the movie.   :ermm:

why didn't they use her real voice? it sounds like a mediocre American Idol singer!

I do like the early celine scenes.. she does look like her in those.
But overall, I think a male impersonator would play celine better than this girl
