My list of songs I literally cannot listen to because I can't stand them (I say this in the nicest possible way, because, as always, I adore Celine):

Can't Fight the Feeling
Le Blues de Businessman
Refuse to Dance
That's Just the Woman In Me
Your Light (not as bad as the others, b/c the chorus and bridge aren't bad, but I think both the verses sound ridiculous and awful).

Songs that completely boring to me:
A Song for You
Skies of LA
Tant de Temps

And I think Then You Look At me is way overrated. I know everyone else loves it, but I find the lyrics so trite and boring, and melody uninspired. Just my opinion.

It's funny how varied people's tastes can be.  I absolutely LOVE "Can't Fight The Feelin'," "Refuse To Dance," "Your Light" and "Then You Look At Me."  It just goes to show that not every song is going to please everybody.  Just like a setlist.

i love the live performance at the Juno...le blues du...

and i really really love tant de temps et skies of L. A.  i love the melancholy in those songs    i love also Right next to the right one.

I know  . .Le Blues Du Businessman is another one that everyone loves except me.  But, while it's vocally impressive, the melody does nothing for me, and i find the lyrics pretentious, simplistic, and very annoying . . .and also a little silly for Celine to be singing. But that's just my impression -- I think we all see something a little different in each of these songs.

I find the studio version of the song to be inferior to the live performances. It's pretty much tuneless and dull, but Celine gave this song life everytime she sang it live. That said, and while I like the song, I agree that the lyrics do not represent Celine in the slightest. Must be one of her most impersonal songs lyric-wise because she has achieved everything she wanted to.

The thing with Celine is that she is such a good vocalist that she can make bad or mediocre songs sound good.  I   love her of course but have to admit she's got some songs that are just not good musically.

I can say those are my favourites, why you hate so much apreciated songs, the vocals are amazing specialy when Le Blues de Businessman comes to stage

Since we're on the subject of mediocre or bad songs (I could see some people not liking this idea),I wonder how she would do doing a country duet? She said on the ACM awards "I love country music because it's always sung from the heart." I think it could be a good thing, honestly!

I love how we share our dislike for Overjoyed.  I can tolerate it in the Vegas show as I'm watching her and it distracts me from how horrible the song is.

I  can see Skies of LA wouldn't be the cup of tea for some people.  I personally enjoy it.  Can't Fight the Feeling and Your Light... all I have to say is my poor neighbours when that come on.  I turn the volume up.  As for Les Blues du Business Man, I get the studio recording as it doesn't do the song justice, but I simply adore the live versions of it.

The previous posts just proves that no matter what Celine sings (studio or stage),and no matter what changes they make to the Vegas show, she can't please everyone. There'll still be people on here moaning etc lol

As for Overjoyed. It's an ok song,but Stevie Wonder has far better songs she could have had fun with. Part time Lover would have  (probably ) been my suggestion, if it wasn't going to be an original song.

Well, that's what this post is about, after all. And basically, this is not really Céline's worst songs, but the ones I truly dislike. There are many other songs that are so dear to my heart and that I deeply cherish !
