i was wondering..what program do you use to make them? :D  the fact is i need to make a cover for someone (not with celine) and i would surely need some advice :D

I use Ulead Photo Impact 5...

for front covers u can use any format like 800x800... and for the back inlay use a high quality scan like this

I have a request... I need a DVD cover for  one of my videos I've had switched over to DVD.
It Contains:

David Foster and Friends:For The Children Concert 1994 (Featuring John Parr (Singing Man in Motion St. Elmo's Fire), Rick Hansen, Paul Anka, Ed McMahon, Kenny G, Celine Dion (and the entire group singing Love Lights the World with Celine and Warren Wiebe)

Oh yeah and her commercial for 'The Bay' and the commercial for 'The Colour Of My Love' (album)

The Colour Of My Love Disney TV Special (Shortened version of the concert with footage in Quebec and Celine talking-- Love Can Move mountains, If you asked me to, Where does my heart beat now and Can't help falling in love not included)

from Epic Records for The Colour of my love Concert:Filmed during one of Celine's sold-out concerts before her hometown crowd in Quebec City, Canada in 1993, The Colour Of My Love Concert is a slightly re-edited version of an award-winning TV special originally shown on the Disney Channel. This was Celine's first live video and includes performances of some of her greatest hits, including the number one hit "The Power Of Love." ( hehehe it was award-winning)
