hahaha well I was blown away by other their first albums, but the rest didn't do much for me, and now they both have new singles at the same time!

01. I CAN FEEL YOU
worst 1st single ever. but a grower - i've come to like this one by now!

02. THE WAY I SEE IT
Very Duffy-like, but it suits her. It has a catchy chorous and the today's must-have old beat. I like it.

03. ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY
I adore the lyrics of this one - I always smile when I listen to it. It's adorable - buuuut too less Anastacia.

04. DEFEATED
Sounds like something Brandy or MJB would do. A nice little R'n'B track with a nice hook, and I really like her voice here.

Already on the ICFY single and a real gem from the "old" Ana. the song has a relaxing mood and ends very strong!

... the same feeling I had when I first heard A Cause. A pure club bummer but this time without any charm but with stupid repeating lyrics. Not even good as an album filler but good for the nearest trash bin. hello?

yes, indeed. SAME SONG-sound as Amy Whinehouse. The quality is very good though, nice production. but where's Ana?

Could have been easily on FON! A real smiler, good beats and a cool chorous. Single-material.

Copying your own style is always save - so here I hear the sound of the selftitled album. Rearview comes to mind. and that's positive! A catchy rhythm with good lyrics and a really nice bridge! Ana's FADE AWAY!!

10. NEVER GONNA LOVE AGAIN
The must-be ballad. I like the beginning, the melody is okay, but that's it. One of her weakest ballads with no point!

The album closer is a fine midtempo track with romantic lyrics and a calm Anastacia. I like this one very much.

overall this is defo her worst album ever! i just can't believe it - she's one of my favourite ever singers, I love all her songs and her voice so much but this is just not her. The tracklist is really weird, and therre are so many different styles that it all sounds like a compilation. The cover has to be the worst of all her releases. I'll buy it for my collection though.  
somehow Hard Candy comes to my head, overrated rubbish.

Anastacia is one of the most recognizable voices in the world today. She is a great singer and also a very down-to-earth person, which I really value in an artist. I'm listening to her "Heavy Rotation" album these days and, while it's true that it's not as good as her previous one, it's also very good. I also have "Not That Kind" and "Freak Of Nature". I always liked her music.

I just got my hands on "Naughty" from ITunes.

It's ashame it doesn't appear on the regular album edition as it's one of the most catchy tracks from her!

I kinda have to agree with you. I heard it, it's very bombastic. I don't think she'll ever reach the level of Not that kind ever again... It's definatly not her best album! and the cover is

I dont like the cover either and its most def not her best album. I like it better than I thought I would though.
Liking 7 out of 11 songs. I am pleased.
