Not for real of course, though I used to believe that it was really written by her! 
But I get the impression that they wouldn't bother to send something in return thanking you for it if they didn't show it to her, or at least plan to show her in the future. Otherwise, everyone would get a thank you letter. And as you can see from this thread, many never receive a response of any kind. So I'd like to think she received your package. 
So CDA and Feeling are in the same building? Makes sense.
