Effectivement, le présent, apparemment très colossal, de la famille Chirac aurait été livré à René-Charles, au cours de la journée de mardi à l’hôtel George V où séjournaient Céline, René et leur gamin. On raconte d’ailleurs que Céline et René étaient tout excités par cette agréable attention de la part du président français. Avec ce cadeau, le président voulait remercier la chanteuse qui avait accepté de participer à une émission de télévision visant à recueillir des fonds pour la Fondation des Hôpitaux Paris-Hôpitaux de France. Céline Dion est allée retrouver madame Chirac lundi soir dernier sur les plateaux de l’émission qui visait à amasser des fonds pour ladite fondation. Elle y a chanté « Je ne vous oublie pas » et a finalement regagné son hôtel aux alentours de minuit où de nombreux journalistes l’attendaient encore… René Charles spoiled by Chirac family The son of Céline Dion and René Angélil received last Tuesday a box full of toys from the President of France Jacques Chirac and his wife Bernadette.The present, apparently very big, was delivered to René-Charles during Tuesday on the hotel George V where Céline and René were staying with their son. Céline and René were very excited because of this kind attention from the French President. With this gift, the president wanted to thank the singer who accepted to participate in a fundraising TV show for the Foundation Hôpitaux Paris- Hôpitaux France. Céline Dion met Mrs Chirac Monday night on the stage of the TV show to fundraise for this foundation. And it's no big deal I think. He is so young, he is just a kid and last tuesday it was just a box of toys that a nice man who's mom and dad's friend gave him a big present. I don't think he realises the the relevance of that man being the French President. I bet on his mind he is just a kid like we were: wants to play, wants toys, wants to have fun, loves mom and dad.... just a normal boy.
