Jessyka Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 I was hired to translate a book about God and Christianism, and I'm faced with a small challenge. I found many passages during the introduction about "Cod's answers", and I can't find any reference. It's almost impossible to find what's all about on google. It would be great if anyone could explain to me what that means. Is that a code? Is that a acronym? Please help me! Quote http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/backup674/Banners/Image1.jpg

Sorry, I've never heard of "Cod's answers."Was it a typo and really meant "God's answers" since it was about God and Christianity? 3 Quote I have had the time of my life following this woman! Jessyka Posted December 2, 2014 Author Posted December 2, 2014 Sorry, I've never heard of "Cod's answers."Was it a typo and really meant "God's answers" since it was about God and Christianity? That's what I'm thinking. Even though I found it many times on different passages of the book.I asked some Christian friends and none of them have heard it before.I'm almost positive it's a typo. 2 Quote http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/backup674/Banners/Image1.jpg
sfbaysinger Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 It has to be. I was raised Christian, don't follow it now, but have NEVER heard of it. No clue. Your English is great, though, but I'll help in any way I can. Good luck and congrats, they sure hired the right person. 1 Quote L'immensite de mon amour pour Celine! L'amour existe encore pour elle!
brujocrow Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 I agree with everyone here. It sounds like a typo or an editor with a "fishy" sense of humor. 2 Quote Better the pride that resides in a citizen of the world, than the pride that divides when a colorful rag is unfurled. Neil Ellwood Peart

I consulted with a lot of Christian friends and they haven't heard it either. It's definitely a typo. I agree with everyone here. It sounds like a typo or an editor with a "fishy" sense of humor.
