Forbes Top 10 Highest-Paid Women in Music 2014:

 

1. Beyoncé - $115 million

2. Taylor Swift - $64 million

3. Pink - $52 million

4. Rihanna with - $48 million

5. Katy Perry - $40 million

6. Jennifer Lopez - $37 million

7. Miley Cyrus - $36 million, tie

7. Celine Dion - $36 million, tie

9. Lady Gaga - $33 million

10. Britney Spears - $20 million

 

Though she doesn’t get as much media attention as younger stars like Cyrus and Perry, Dion continues to keep up with them in the earnings department. Her lucrative Las Vegas residency is the main reason, and other shows around Europe and her native Canada help add millions to her bottom line.

Great news!

 

It's amazing how she has been able to stay stationary and rake in such massive amounts of money. Goes to show the massive amounts of work throughout the 80s and 90s certainly paid off. And she's still a workhorse -- just a less public workhorse.

 

I read lots of lovely comments about Celine in various news feeds regarding this list. Lots of people are saying things like, "Celine Dion is the only one with actual talent in this group." Not that I agree (I DO think there are other talented women in this list) -- but it's nice that Celine's getting respect!

Interesting Madonna is not on the list.That makes Celine the oldest in the top 10 and still super relevant. AMAZING
