Their passion for wine-making matches my passion for music (and on top of this, symphony cellist Nathan Waks, co-owner of Kilikanoon, is just as passionate about music!!) More importantly, 100% of my royalties from the sale of this wine go directly to The Celine Dion Foundation, non-profi t organisation supporting a variety of worthy causes with emhasis on helping children in need. Celine Dion

Blended from small parcels of hand pressed Shiraz from Greenock and Vine Vale and aged for months in new and older small French oak casks, before bottling unfi ned and unfiltered.

 

Appearance Brick red in colour with youthful crimson hues.

 

Nose Notes of wild aniseed, cocoa and fresh plums dominate the aroma, superbly enhanced by the aromas of fine French oak char.

 

Palate A beautifully poised and crafted palate, the flavours of dark chocolate, rich licorice and spicy French oak effortlessly combine and finesse with the fine grained tannins and naturally preserved

acidity in a long persistent finish.

Cellaring Potential of at least 12 - 15 years with careful cellaring

Pair with: Rich red meats: Osso bucco and Chorizo sausage. Perfect with anything

Italian or for something different try with ploughman’s platters.

Is the drinking age in England 18? LOL....I still have a hard time with the fact that children were born after 1990...I feel so old.

Perhaps the thrill/allure diminished when you actually could instead of when you weren't supposed to be? I know the feeling, though. Kinda excited to see this. Anyone know how much a bottle is?

Good lord! I realize that average's out to about $26 per bottle, which is high but not horrible (I've seen others sell for $100+ just for a bottle.....) but not everyone wants to order that much at a time. What are they trying to do, get us all buzzed/drunk so we'll buy more Celine stuff? (As if we needed any help in that department.... )

It's 21 in the States, which I agree with because 18 year olds are generally not responsible enough. It's bad enough that 18 year olds pretty much JUST get their drivers license at 18, but then to put a BRAND NEW driver in contact with alcohol? There would be dead teenagers all over the place. 18 year old kids are usually not known for making the brightest decisions.

Sadly, gun possession is not even close to the first factor taken into consideration when it comes to drinking. The biggest thing is drunk driving, which is the main reason why the drinking age is 21.

she "says" that she doesn't drink alcohol so why is she coming out with something like this? Drinking is not bad if you do it responsibly, but if you say you don't drink than why are you coming out with your brand of alcohol?

Oh she does drink some. There are numerous pics and videos that show her with a glass especially TTEOTW TC tour video , I think she means I don't drink a lot when she says that or maybe its just grape juice?

When she states that she doesn't drink she is most likely referring to liquor. People usually make that separation between wine/champagne and liquor. (just my opinion of course) I have plenty of patients that say they don't drink but when I ask about wine they say 'oh yeah I have a glass or two'
