I hate these lists. What are they based on? It's like a bunch of dudes or girls from VH1 sat together and started reminiscing about the 90s and what songs they personally liked. I watched a lot of VH1 in 1990 and I don't remember seeing Gerardo's "Rico Suave" a lot. It was played on MTV, though. I would love for them to explain the methodology to compile the list, as there probably is none. It's good to see Celine on the list, but there are odd choices ahead of her.

Don't think this is all that new...If I recall Celine MHWGO ranked at number 21 and I watched this on TV last Sunday (right before the BillBoard Awards) I am pretty sure the TV guide said it aired in like 2010 or something

Yes, I watched it while I was still in high school! It had to be 2009 or earlier then! Lol
