That's one of the reasons why i love the song!! And love the fact that Celine still performs it live every time. Love it or hate it/the way she sings it - it's still one of my faves!!

thats funny cause i wanted to ask a similar question few days after Sans Attendre came out...

 

I'm a very bad singer, but i can usually sing along with pretty much all Celine songs (been doing it since 8yrs old lol) But one song i find particularly hard to sing along is "Si Je n'ai rien de toi"... Its really weird it doesnt seem that hard when you listen to it, and i'm not talking about the few high notes. Something is really different in her voice through out the song, but i can't put my finger on it.

 

Is she "breathy" during the song?... i feel tired after singing it, its exhausting LOL

 

Any french fans (with big voice) who feel the same about that song?

"Goodbye's (The Hardest Word)" has got to be one of the hardest because of its content. I can't help but crying everytime I listen to it. I also wrote a Spanish adaptation, and I can't go through it without crying.

Sans Attendre had many easy songs: Parler A Mon Pere, Le Miracle, La Mer Et L'enfant, Moi Quand Je Pluere, Celle Qui M'a Tout Appris, Je N'ai Pas Besoin D'amour, Les Petits Pieds De Lea, Tant De Temps and Les Jours Comme Ca. Any average singer could pull them off.
