I am really really surprised as I don't know anyone except for Céline fans who have the fragrance!!

Here in Iceland it is very difficult to find them.

I wish they had aimed her fragrances of rhe higher end shops as well as the budget ones here in the UK- she at least could be selling in Boots- but that's cool!

Agree, I think they are just focusing on the American market and the rest of the world just gets the left overs. I really doubt that she even gets on a list when it comes to selling the fragrances in the rest of the world

haha White Diamonds!!! That used to be my mom's favorite perfume years and years ago and then all of a sudden, she became allergic to it. I had forgotten all about that! We got her a bottle every year.

 

Now I get her Celine of course! She got Chic and Sensational this year.

 

I think Celine's does amazingly well because of the price point it is.

Céline said she wanted her fragrances to be affordable to all women-good idea especially nowadays given the economy in many countries. I am very sensitive to perfume so a few of Céline's scents I can wear without a problem unlike JLopez's,Brittany's and SJ Parker's.

I guess it just means 2 strong and different camps of people: those that "like" her versus those that "don't"....... The writer just couldn't let reporting the sales facts be enough without adding a negative undertone about Celine.

That is cool! I always receive Celine fragrances for every occasion. I have like 10 bottles of her perfume... I don't know what I'm going to do with it all. It will probably turn into water before I can use everything up...

 

Many writers have used the term ''polarizing effect'' before when they write about Celine. I think what they mean is that Celine has the ability do divide the world into two camps. You either hate her or you love her... there is no in between. But what people don't get is that if you can do that, then you are very powerful. It is almost like some politition or whatever... There is no other artist in the world that has that effect on people. My brother cannot stand Celine and even he once said it is the the fact that she can do this that makes her better than the rest...

Actually, acording to Coty press releases I get every once in a while, Celine Dion brand is one of their best selling perfumes world wide. In Romania, for example, Celine Dion perfumes have been no. 1 in sales in its category for a few years now...

I'm pretty sure that in the rest of the world, Celine could actually be the first on the list. I'm not even sure White Diamond sells in other countries, I've never seen it anywhere. And Puff's only big in the US...

hey i live in Iceland and i work at Hagkaup's store and we have all categories from food to cosmetics to cd's clothing etc..

and Celine Dion's Chic Parfume have been sold at our store and all the budges from Celine's Chic was a big seller

it has become out sold "Everyone was bying it hehehehe and the scent is lovely i wish i had money to buy the

parfume maybe it will be available after the holidays.

really. I've been to Hagkaup Smáralind and never seem to be able to find it how much does it cost?

agreed. he/she had to start off with a negative tone.. "any surprises? "

and personally i found the "polarizing" bit offensive. they always have to have a jab at her because they have to begrudgingly report the facts that she's #3.

 

oh by the way im glad to have helped Celine get to that spot

i bought 3 bottles this christmas, 1 for myself and my 2 brothers got 1 bottle each.

Yeah her line is awesome. I got cologne from her "Pour Homme" collection for a Christmas present a few years back. It is really good.
