Has Celine finished high school?

I have a question here:

 

Has Celine fishined high school? I know that she quited school at the age of 14 but she continued studying with private teachers... so... because I read somewhere that in Canada people must study until the age of 16. So I was wondering that... a friend of mine said that Celine hasnt fisnished 8th ... is that correct?

 

It's just something I'm curious to know hehe I'm not saying she's dumb or something like that. For me she's a very intelligent person.

I dont think she finished high school,as u said she has private teachers but I really dobut she has an high school degree but she attended "the school of Life" so she is smart enough!

Yeah yeah yeah haha I havent said she is dumb hehehehe I was just curious to know that because I was thinking about it and it's something I really didn't know hahahaha It just came out to my mind because I read somewhere that in the new book there will be her report card... so I thought about it.

 

As you said... she went to the school of life and has a HIGH degree of it!

One thing is for sure, school is not for everyone. And I know what I'm saying since I'm studying now to be a teacher and I've been learning school is not for everyobody. People need the basic knowleadge but sometimes life teaches a lot more to some people.

 

Céline is the perfect example. She went to the school of life and she has been a brilliant student. She must be very proud of it. A high school diploma wouldn't make her a better or smarter woman

As Céline I didn't finished my school. In Holland you have to attend at fulltime untill the age of 16 and after you MUST go to school at least 1 day a week, I did finished my highschool, but at the age of 18 years and 3 months old I didn't want to go on with school, (it was to difficult for me) But I learned a lot from the "school of life"and to be exact I'm still learning every day! And LIKE this type of school so much!

Are you sure? I remember people saying on the VH1 Divas Lives concert (1998) that music education helps kids do better in math and sience! Is that only for people who play instruments? Because I know that playing instruments helps you get better at math? But I don't know about singing.

Wow! That really makes me happy! I didn't know Celine could write songs! I think that's one of the best features a singer can have!

She just had her head on the clouds and was daydreaming in the class and missed a lot of classes and this stuff. She just wasn't interested in school.

 

She looks very inteligent, without that she wouldn't be the woman she is today. She looks like a fast learner too. She learned english in a couple of months and she learned showbiz since she was 14. Most of kids at thi age wouldn't understand and learn the way she did.

If she concentrated or was interested in school, she would probably be a good student.

 

By in fact, why would she need to know so many chemistry and phisics and advanced maths and stuff if she really doesn't need it?

I'm posotive that Celine finished primary school. And I know that she did some high-school and then dropped out. But over the years, Celine has learned a LOT. Not only socially and in the "school of life," but she's also learned a lot in education. It shows when she doesn her interviews and bios. Look back on how Celine spoke, thought, and reacted to the world years ago, and look at her today, and you'll see that she has learned a grear amount.

 

Even though she didn't finish high school, I'm proud to call her one of the smartest people I know.

 

As for the song-writing question, Celine does know how to read and write. Maybe writing songs just isn't in her blood... but the songs which she has helped written have all turned out wonderful! I think we all want more original material from her. But it's really up to Celine and what she comfortable with. We've all loved her for so long, it really doesn't make a difference what she decides to do.
