New member group and icons

I finally decided that there should be group icons for helpers and donators. :specool: So, we created 2 new groups; "Design Team" - members that have created banners/graphics which we've used and "Donators" - members whom donate often to help keep Celine Channel online. Members in these 2 new groups receive a bigger PM mailbox, more attachment space, longer time to edit their posts, less search flood time, and a cool group icon below their avatars. Thanks to all of our loyal members.

I noticed the group icon below my avatar... really cool!

and add the ability for these 2 member groups to change member title under avatar at any time without reach 1000 posts.

BTW, Joel you don't need it, cause you already had 1000 posts.
