Andrew Litz, aka William Ocean, 30, was crowned New York's best at the annual Air Guitar Championship held Thursday at the Bowery Ballroom. "William Ocean is New York air guitar. Period," said 27-year-old Alexander Forbes, aka Ricky Stink Fingers, one of the 21 contestants. A local legend and 2007 U.S. Champion, Ocean won in a landslide victory that began with a rock-ballad version of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On." "I wanted to do something unexpected but recognizable," said Ocean, who's an event producer and lives in the East Village. "Winning New York is all about winning the crowd." (....)
